30 new apartments were released on Saturday to the public at Television Centre, the iconic former home of the BBC in White City. All 30 offer access to the private Crescent Gardens. And if that’s not enough greenspace, some of the units have views across Hammersmith Park.
Prices start at £750k for a one-bedroom apartment.
Apartments at Television Centre have gone quickly. Since launching public sales in April 2016, over 50% of apartments in the first phase sold or reserved.
Television Centre is set to deliver 950 new homes and apartments, restaurants, Electric Cinema, 400k SF of office space, and a new outpost of Soho House, complete with a 47-room hotel and a House Gym.
