Hill's Newest Residence Set To Break Ground In East London

Placeholder

Hill will break ground in the third quarter of this year on a regeneration scheme in East London that will create 300 homes.

The Lea Bridge project will comprise three residential towers set around a landscaped courtyard. Neighbourhood amenities include retail, office space, a gym and new bicycle routes, which will be created through the “Mini-Holland” scheme initiated by Transport for London.

Lea Bridge is best known for its Victorian train station, first opened in 1840 but closed almost 150 years later in 1985. It reopened this May and is expected to serve 352,000 passengers per year as well as to act as a catalyst for regeneration.

Sales will start in 2018.
