Kent Industrial Estate Sells For £30M

UBS Triton Property Fund snapped up the Interchange industrial estate in Swanley, Kent, for £30M. The facility was built in the 1970s but was extensively refurbished in recent years and now provides 263k SF of warehouse space across nine units of varying sizes, in addition to a manned gatehouse.  

The estate is fully leased to eight tenants with an average lease term of 6.3 years and average rent of £6.69/SF.

The majority of UBS Triton’s portfolio, which comprises 31 assets, is in the South East of the UK and predominantly weighted towards offices, the logistics sector and retail warehousing.
