Chef Tales: Transwestern's Evelyn Ward

Transwestern associate VP Evelyn Ward loves to make her grandmother June Bug’s pecan pie for nearly every holiday. (Above, June Bug greets a teeny Evelyn.) She says the recipe is fairly close to what you can find on the back of a Karo bottle, but she throws in a little salt and flour—and some extra pecans of course—and bakes it at a lower temperature.
