An upscale, 15-story office building is underway in River Oaks. Park Place Tower will mark the third phase of the Park Place | River Oaks mixed-use development in River Oaks. The 210K SF project at 4200 Westheimer Road includes ground-floor retail.

Construction is expected to wrap up by spring 2020. Stonelake Capital Partners is in lease negotiations with three tenants.

Park Place | River Oaks, an 11.5-acre development at Westheimer Road and Mid Lane, also includes:

  • The James, an eight-story, Class-A mid-rise multifamily building with 344 units, which was completed in July 2016.
  • The Ivy, a 17-story, luxury residential building with 297 units, which opened in 2017.

“We have assembled a first class team to design, finance, build, market, and execute Stonelake’s vision for Park Place | River Oaks, which will create an unparalleled office experience in Houston,” Stonelake principal William Peeples said in a release.

Colvill Office Properties' Brad Beasley and Connor Saxe are responsible for office leasing. CBRE's Bruce Wallace and Radkey Jolink are leasing the ground-floor retail. Texas Capital Bank provided construction financing for the tower. Beck Architecture designed the tower, while Harvey Builders will lead construction.
