O&G Company Inks Sublease Downtown

Enable Midstream Partners subleased 48K SF in One Shell Plaza, which has Houston's fifth-largest block of sublease space available.

Enable will relocate from 1111 Louisiana to space on the 47th and 48th floors, the Houston Business Journal reports. Building permits indicate the build-out will cost $2.2M. Though Enable acquired another company late last year — Align Midstream, for $300M — the new office will be smaller than its previous one.

Cushman & Wakefield had listed 246K SF on the sublease market at One Shell (910 Louisiana in Downtown Houston) in April. Houston has 8.4M SF of office space up for sublease overall.
