LPT Delivers First Houston Office

It's a story of firsts: Legacy at Fallbrook, Liberty Property Trust’s 207k SF Class-A office development, has completed its first facility. (Pictured: LPT city manager Jay Kraft and Stream VP Stewart Lyman at the property this morning.) The first tenant, Stewart Title, is building out its 31k SF space for Q3 occupancy, and 175k SF remains available. The LEED Gold building is the first of three planned at the property and is LPT’s first office development in Houston. Stream’s Adam Jackson and Stewart Lyman handle leasing.
