Lincoln Property Wins Green Office Challenge Twice Over

Lincoln Property took top honors for two categories of Houston's Green Office Challenge. Its Energy Crossing I was the top property. Lincoln was also named the top property management winner. Pictured is assistant property manager Barrett Bogatto, who heads up the firm's local "green team," receiving one of the awards. Barrett tells us Lincoln participated in demand response programs, engaged its tenants in Earth Day and electronic recycling events, and tracked each building's energy usage in the Energy Star portfolio manager (seven of its assets achieved the 2015 Energy Star designation).
