Washington, DC-based law firm Hogan Lovells has been busy. The global law practice that employs more than 2,500 lawyers in 45 offices has put pen to paper on two new leases totaling over 250k SF. The firm's entire NYC staff will relocate to six floors—206k SF—at the recently overhauled 390 Madison Ave. The space on floors seven through 12 includes two of the tower's eight terrace areas.

In Houston, Hogan Lovells will join an all-star list of law firms at the highly anticipated 609 Main. The firm will lease 43k SF for 12 years. All operations will move from the firm's current Houston home, Bank of America Center. Hogan Lovells joins other firms like Kirkland & Ellis and Orrick, which will also call 609 Main home when the project is completed next year.

In Houston, Savills Studley's Kevin Hodges and Rick Rome and Hogan Lovells' Bruce Parmley repped the tenant. Colvill's Michael Anderson and Damon Thames repped Hines.
