Oil giant ConocoPhillips is moving out of its expansive Energy Corridor HQ to relocate across I-10 at Energy Center Four, according to an email from CEO Ryan Lance to employees. The company doesn't expect to start relocating employees until mid-2018, reports the Houston Chronicle. ConocoPhillips already occupies the building adjacent to Energy Center Four and has been trying to sublease the extra space it finally decided to move into. The two buildings, which are connected via skybridge, comprise 1.1M SF of office space. ConocoPhillips has not yet decided what to do with its 600 North Dairy Ashford campus. [Chron]
