Fuller Realty Partners purchased 13401 North Freeway from an undisclosed seller. The oil and gas giant, Exxon, currently fills the whole 143k SF building, but is vacating by year-end. JLL managing director Rudy Hubbard, VP Kevin McConn and associate Rick Goings led the sale, and say the previous owners impeccably maintained the Class-A Greenspoint building. Now Rudy and Kevin are turning their sights on selling the Brookhollow redevelopment site (24.4 acres) and One Westchase Center (466k SF of office). They're also about to put the 350k SF Life Science Plaza on the market, and are hoping to close 1500 City West and Ashford II and III by year-end.
