David Denenburg purchased Schlumberger's former US HQ in Houston's East Downtown. He plans to restore the property and begin leasing, as he is doing at the historic Cheek-Neal Coffee building in the same area. Denenburg told the Houston Chronicle he plans to seek state and federal tax credits to rehab the building.
