Developers Planning New Mixed-Use Town Center In Katy Area

Developers Planning New Mixed-Use Town Center In Katy Area

Trademark Property and Westside Ventures are moving forward with an 82-acre mixed-use project at the northwest corner of I-10 and Mason. Details for the unnamed project are sparse; no phasing or construction timeline has been set, reports the Houston Business Journal. Westside owns the 107-acre tract where the development will be. Trademark is renovating Rice Village and developed Market Street in The Woodlands in 2004. The project will help alleviate the retail wave crashing into Houston that has caused space shortages in West Houston and Katy. [HBJ]
