Alfa Laval Celebrates Grand Opening At Pinto Business Park

Yesterday, Alfa Laval opened its 105k SF build-to-suit in Pinto Business Park, Hines' largest industrial park in northwest Houston. The space is a crane-served, tilt-wall light manufacturing facility that includes 25k SF of Class-A office and 81k SF for manufacturing.

Pinto Business Park is being developed through a JV between Hines, Pinto Real Estate Development and Kohlberg Kravis Roberts. The property is the largest, fully entitled, contiguous tract of land inside Beltway 8 and outside the 500-year floodplain. When fully built out, the park represents an opportunity of 8M SF and a potential investment of more than $900M.
