Northpointe Crossing (a local developer specializing in retail and office) purchased 4.3 acres on Tomball Parkway. Colliers' Chris Winters repped the seller, Eastbourne Northpointe I and R1 Brokerage repped the buyer. Chris says there were multiple offers on this last commercial tract at the northwest corner of Northpointe and Highway 249.

Ten-X, formerly known as Auction.com, brokered the sale of Lighthouse Plaza, a 16k SF retail strip center in Houston that sold on the Auction.com platform for $2.2M. A local individual investor purchased the 2013-built, 100% occupied center. A local LLC was the seller. Champions Real Estate's Saqib Ali worked with Ten-X's Alexander Lavell to broker the transaction. Lighthouse Plaza is at 8245 Mills Rd.

Dunhill Development purchased 110 acres on Marian Lane in Magnolia. Lee & Associates' Justin Tunnell repped the seller, Wayne Langston Inc.

Keyva Control purchased a 17k SF multi-tenant facility at 12022 Windfern Rd. Lee & Associates' Patrick Wolford, Preston Yaggi and Stephen Kuper repped the seller, Zurg LLC. American SMS Real Estate's Yan Liu Chapman repped the buyer.

An undisclosed buyer purchased 34 acres on I-69/59 and FM 2218. JPR Commercial Real Estate's Jim Shaw and Jennifer Raymond repped the buyers, who have added the 34 acres to an adjacent 74 acres that will be a mixed-use development named Village Crossing at Rosenberg

An undisclosed buyer purchased Parkview East Shopping Center, a 39k SF retail property in Pasadena. Marcus & Millichap's Jerry Goldstein repped the seller and listed the asset at $4.7M.

Hightower Investments bought a 10-acre tract on Cherry Street in Tomball. Lee & Associates' Robert McGee, Thomas Leger and Chase Cribbs repped the buyer. Ace Division's Michael Jaeliff  repped the seller, Tracy and Lee Lawrence Family LP.

SRG Partnership purchased 6.5 acres in the 1200 block of Wilson Road in Humble. Houston Commercial Development's Mark Wimberly repped the seller, O.N. Baker. Cypressbrook Co's Denise Ksiazek repped the buyer.

DEVELOPMENT

United Equities started construction on Phase 2 of the Harms Road Industrial Park near 290 and the Beltway. The single-tenant, crane-ready manufacturing buildings will each be 16k to 30k SF with build-to-suit opportunities up to 60k SF. Financing was arranged by Bank of Texas, and architectural work was done by Powers Brown Architecture. The project is being leased by NAI Partners' Travis Land.
