The Greenspoint District is turning 25 with a new focus. The municipal entity that promotes Greenspoint’s businesses is strengthening its staff to support new programs it has in place, such as enhancing public safety and adding its fifth park to the greenway along Greens Bayou.

Two new faces have joined and four have new roles. Robert Fiederlein joins in the newly created position of VP of strategic planning and development. He'll focus on structural and policy issues for commercial and residential development and will especially focus on diversifying the submarket's housing/multifamily offerings.

Bart Baker was named COO, Toby Stephens took over as field services manager and is now part of the operations, planning and infrastructure team. Brenda Spratt was promoted to director of financial and support services.

Greenspoint also welcomed back Shelia Redmon-Jones, who was part of its communications team from 2000 to 2009, as the director of marketing and public affairs. Amy Craig returns to the marketing team as brand manager and graphic designer.
