Equus Acquires Two-Building Houston Portfolio

An affiliate of Equus Capital Partners acquired a two-building office portfolio totaling 302k SF. Equus plans significant upgrades and added amenities for both properties.

5300 Memorial Dr, 154k SF, is in Midtown, three miles from Downtown and just a half mile north of River Oaks.

10497 Town & Country Way is in the Katy Freeway East submarket. The 148k SF property is along the southeast side of the convergence of Beltway 8 and I-10, less than one-quarter of a mile to the west of CityCentre.

Equus VP Kyle Turner oversaw the acquisition for the firm with SVP Roy Perry and acquisitions analyst Lauren Nygren.

Equus is building a widespread footprint in Houston; last fall, it bought a Sugar Land asset.
