Fairfield Residential Co purchased Estancia at Shadowlake, a 324-unit, Class-A apartment complex. It’s another community benefiting from its proximity to the Energy Corridor—the property sits just west of Westchase, close to Beltway 8 and I-10 and just four miles from the Energy Corridor. Fairfield plans to upgrade the unit interiors and common spaces. CBRE’s Ryan Epstein repped seller McCann Realty Partners.
