King Street Metroplace

King Street Metroplace is a Class A building with a premier location directly across from the King Street Metro station, the Virginia Railway Express and Amtrak station. Renovated in 2021, the building has updated lobbies and common areas along with a state-of-the-art fitness center and a robust amenity center that includes huddle areas, a modern kitchen and 2 conference rooms. The building offers expansive views, a spec suite program, and has immediate access to local amenities. The building shoulders with the Hilton Hotel, and is walking distance to Lorien Hotel, banks, great restaurants, and other local businesses. This location provides easy access to all parts of the metro region via Route 1 and George Washington Pkwy and has easy access to Reagan National Airport. King Street Metroplace has been awarded an Energy Star label for its operating efficiency. Lincoln Property Company provides leasing and property management services for the building.

Parking information: Parking is free and all attendees can enter through the archway between United Bank and Two Birds. The entrance will be on the left.
