Charles L. Elliott recently joined Toll Brothers from Dewey Commercial Investors, L.P., a fully-integrated developer and owner-manager of multi-family and office property in suburban Philadelphia. As President, his responsibilities and expertise included deal structuring and negotiations, operations of sales/leasing/property management, construction management, debt and equity financing, and obtaining entitlements and approvals. As Managing Director of Toll Brothers Commercial, Mr. Elliott's responsibilities include all aspects of acquisition, disposition, development and management of retail, multi-family and office projects. He holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Carnegie Mellon University and a Masters of Business Administration in Real Estate and Finance from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Senior Vice President and Managing Director of Lowe Enterprises Real Estate Group, responsible for commercial and multifamily operations in the Washington, D.C. metro area including acquisitions, development, asset management and business development activities. In addition, he is currently overseeing plans to convert an 86,000 square foot Bethesda office building to multifamily use. He recently completed the renovation and expansion of the historic Washington Hilton Hotel as well as the development of the award-winning $245 million CityVista project in the heart of Washington, DC. Previously, Mr. Rivers was Chief Operating Officer of a national Development Management firm where he was responsible for all aspects of the operating business and served as program and account manager for major clients including Verizon, AOL, Fannie Mae, George Washington University, ExxonMobil, American Red Cross and Northrop Grumman. Mr. Roberts is leading several Jair Lynch teams in the full range of development activities, including acquisitions, project visioning, entitlements, design, commercial leasing (both office and retail), securing debt and equity, construction and disposition. Mr. Roberts has 16 years of real estate experience and has acquired and entitled over 5.5 million square feet of commercial and multifamily mixed-use properties, totaling $1.2 Billion in value. Mr. Roberts has delivered over 1,400 multifamily homes, negotiated 150,000 square feet of office and retail leases and delivered 150,000 square feet of commercial space in the District of Columbia, Montgomery County, Maryland, as well as Alameda and San Francisco, California. Previously, Mr. Roberts was a Vice President at The JBG Companies where he entitled and developed two 30-acre mixed-use properties adjacent to WMATA transit stations. He successfully negotiated WMATA development and infrastructure agreements, jurisdictional annexations and entitled 3 million square feet. Earlier in his career, Mr. Roberts worked at Catellus Development in San Francisco, where he led the private redevelopment of a decommissioned military base, including negotiating development, infrastructure and environmental remediation agreements with the US Navy and City of Alameda. Mr. Roberts has held management positions in the infrastructure finance and renewable energy industries.

David Kitchens serves as Principal-in-Charge of Cooper Carry's Alexandria, Virginia office. In 30+ years of service with Cooper Carry, David has led mixed-use design efforts on a variety of award-winning projects including Mizner Park in Boca Raton, Florida. This mixed-use development has been recognized by a variety of organizations including the AIA, which bestowed upon it the Excellence of Design Award. David's work includes Bethesda Row in Bethesda, Maryland, which was awarded the Best Block in America 2002 by The Congress for New Urbanism, the Excellence Award from the Urban Land Institute and the DC/MD NAIOP Award of Excellence for Best Smart Growth Master Plan. David grew up in Atlanta, Georgia, receiving Bachelors and Masters degrees in Architecture from the Georgia Institute of Technology. His graduate studies concentrated on urban design and pedestrian urban spaces. He participates on AIA and ULI-sponsored Urban Design Assistance teams, making recommendations to cities for downtown redevelopment and transit-oriented development. Recent work includes regional and national projects in Dublin, OH; Bridgeport, CT; and Nashville, TN. Notable projects in the Washington, DC area include redevelopment planning and design at Landmark Mall and Oakville Triangle in Alexandria, VA; and the redevelopment of Ballston Mall and Crystal City in Arlington, VA. He has also recently completed the design of the Woodley in Washington, DC and Halstead Tower, in Alexandria, VA. David is active in the Urban Land Institute and serves on the national Public/Private Partnership Council, is an active participant on regional Technical Assistance Panels (TAPs) and is the Chair of the Baltimore/DC regional Transit Oriented Development Council. He is active the DC/MD Chapter of NAIOP and serves as chair of the Annual Awards for Excellence Committee. In his professional career, David’s central goal is to create great buildings and environments in connecting communities where people develop relationships as they live, work, play and learn.

Mr. John Majeski is Senior Vice President of Acquisitions and Business Development at The Donaldson Group, LLC (TDG). In his role as SVP of Acquisitions and Business Development, John is responsible for the acquisition, financing and disposition of TDG’s principal transactions, assisting TDG management clients with acquisitions and development of new client relationships, including both additional equity partner relationships and third party management relationships. John has 19 years of multifamily real estate experience and has been involved in acquisitions, asset management and dispositions throughout his career. John has overseen over 200 properties consisting of over 30,000 units and has been involved in over $1.25 billion of multifamily transactions. He is a graduate of James Madison University, where he received a Bachelor of Business Administration majoring in Management. Prior to becoming Senior Vice President at The Donaldson Group, John was Principal of Majeski Group LLC where he provided multifamily consulting services for both market rate and affordable housing. Before that, he served as Vice President at AIMCO Capital, where he managed AIMCO’s Washington, DC office handling potential acquisitions, asset management, and dispositions for a portfolio of over 150 properties. John has held positions at Apollo Housing Capital, JER Hudson Housing Capital and National Corporation for Housing Partnerships (NHP) where he focused on acquisitions and underwriting, asset management and dispositions.

Christopher Doerr, managing director, joined Walker & Dunlop Investment Sales group in November 2015. Mr. Doerr will be responsible for the origination and execution of investment sales and equity capital raise for multifamily assets in the Mid-Atlantic and will be based out of the Bethesda, Maryland office. Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Doerr served as a senior managing director for five years at Cushman & Wakefield where he worked with the owners of institutional real estate providing disposition services for multifamily properties and land in the Washington, D.C. area as well as joint venture structuring, recapitalization, and equity placement. Before Cushman & Wakefield, Mr. Doerr was vice president of multifamily investments for Grubb & Ellis. Mr. Doerr holds a juris doctorate/MBA from the University of Richmond and a BBA from James Madison University. Beyond the Company, Mr. Doerr is a member of the DC Real Estate Group, Urban Land Institute, National Multi-Housing Council, and the Virginia Bar Association.

Barron Williams is a Director in the acquisitions group at Clarion Partners. He is responsible for acquisitions in the Mid-Atlantic and Southeastern U.S. Barron joined Clarion Partners in 2003 and has been working in the industry since 1994.

Bryan Cullen is Managing Director with Hunt Mortgage Group, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hunt Companies. Based in Tyson’s Corner, VA, he is responsible for national loan originations for the Fannie Mae DUS, Freddie Mac, and FHA product lines. Prior to joining the firm in 2004, he originated agency and FHA loans for American Property Financing (now Wells Fargo) beginning in 1994. Over his career he has originated more than $2.5 billion in Agency loans. He began his career servicing FHA loans at AMI Capital (now also Wells Fargo) and later became an underwriter for the fledgling Fannie Mae DUS product from 1991-1993. He has served on various boards for Catholic Charities including the Board of St. Martins Apartments, which oversaw the $50 million construction of 178 affordable apartments in Washington, DC, and for 12 years on the Board of the Annual Golf Classic, which has raised more than $2 million for local charities. Mr. Cullen graduated from James Madison University in 1987 and never needed a post-graduate degree due to nepotism and excellent timing.

Mr. Marquez, Sr. EVP and President of Commercial Banking joined the Company in August 2011. Mr. Marquez has over 29 years of experience in the banking industry. Prior to joining EagleBank, he established the real estate lending franchise for HSBC for the Washington, DC market. Earlier he was the head of Commercial Real Estate lending at Chevy Chase Bank from 1997 to 2005 and previously held various lending positions at The Riggs National Bank in Washington, DC after starting his career at the Chase Manhattan Bank in New York.

Lewis represents financial institutions, private equity funds, and other institutional investors in a wide variety of commercial transactions, including: real estate acquisition, bridge and construction financing; mezzanine and other subordinate debt structures; syndications and intercreditor agreements; and loan restructuring, distressed assets, and workouts. Lewis has experience with both single-asset and large portfolio transactions with domestic and international borrowers and collateral. Additionally, Lewis represents commercial real estate developers in their single asset and portfolio acquisitions and dispositions

As President of Operations for Berman Enterprises, Casey is responsible for all of the operations in the company's real estate portfolio, HR decisions, leasing plan and maintaining tenant relationships. With experience that includes the design of over 35,000 market rate, for-rent, for-sale, affordable multifamily residential units Mr. Anand counts, among his clients, many of the nation’s top multifamily residential and retail developers including JBG SMITH, Kettler, The Bozzuto Group, AvalonBay, Gables, Lincoln Property Company, Wood Partners, TCR and Gables. Mr. Anand and his team advise developers on product trends and positioning and are adept at providing efficient construction systems that help ensure successful projects.
