Emily joined Crown in 2012 and oversees the investment and acquisitions functions of the partnership. Emily holds a Bachelor of Sciences (Honours) degree, Master of Arts and PhD in Economics. Prior to joining Crown, Emily was Associate Vice President, Investments at Allied REIT (TSX:AP.UN). Working to expand the national platform for the REIT, she concluded a number of acquisitions, including 151 Front Street West, a Wall Street Journal “deal of the week.” Emily is a recipient of the NAIOP Developing Leaders Award and is an active member of the real estate industry. She has served on the board for Toronto Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) and on the Ted Rogers School of Management Real Estate Advisory Council and is a past President of NAIOP Greater Toronto.

Steffan Smith leads the GTA Office, Industrial and Retail portfolios at GWL Realty Advisors as the Senior Vice President, Asset Management. The portfolio is valued at over $5B consists of 20M sf and is managed by a team of 200 individuals.

Steffan has over 18 years of real estate industry experience and has held increasingly senior roles within GWL Realty Advisors. He has previous experience in both the Calgary and Vancouver marketplaces prior to relocating to Toronto.

Currently, Steffan is on the NAIOP Commercial Real Estate Development Association as a Board Member and Co-Chair, Government Relations Committee.

As Vice President, Office & Life Science Leasing within Ivanhoé Cambridge's Leasing & Development

Team, Charlie oversees all leasing efforts within IC’s portfolio of Office & Life Science assets across

North America. He has a particular focus on & fascination for the conceptualization, design, customer-

experience and ultimately, the lease-up of world-class & magnetic commercial real estate.

Charlie’s nearly 20 year career as a commercial real estate professional spans various world-class

markets including: Toronto, Hong Kong and New York City.

He is a graduate of McGill University with a MSc in Real Estate Development from Columbia

University.

Charlie currently sits on both the NAIOP Corporate Board of Directors (as a Member At Large); and is

the co-Chair of the Eva’s Golf Classic - raising funds & awareness to benefit homeless and at-risk

youth in the Greater Toronto Area. He is a past member of the Board of Directors for NAIOP Greater

Toronto and the Canadian Leadership Council for CoreNet Global.

Jeff Sinsofsky

Mr. Sinsofsky has been part of the office leasing team at Oxford for over 19 years, having worked in three different markets across Canada including Montreal, Calgary, and Toronto. During his tenure, he has been responsible for developing some of Oxford’s leading marketing and broker initiatives which have had a direct impact on driving leasing results. In his current role as Senior Director, Office Leasing, he oversees the marketing and leasing of a portfolio made up of twelve properties in downtown Toronto totaling 6 million square feet. He is also actively involved in two new development projects in the GTA: The HUB at 30 Bay Street and The Offices by Square One District.

Prior to joining Oxford, Mr. Sinsofsky represented tenants at a leading brokerage firm in Montreal.

Mr. Sinsofsky holds a Bachelor of Arts from Concordia University and is a licensed real estate salesperson with the Real Estate Council of Ontario.

Michael Emory is a graduate of Queen’s University (BA, Hons., 1977) and the Faculty of

Law, University of Toronto (JD, 1982). Prior to entering the real estate business in 1988,

Michael was a partner with the law firm of Aird & Berlis, specializing in corporate and

real estate finance.

Michael is the Founder, a Trustee and the President & CEO of Allied Properties REIT, a

leading owner, manager and developer of distinctive urban workspace in Canada’s major

cities. Allied went public in February of 2003 with assets of $120 million and a local

urban-office portfolio of 820,000 square feet. Allied now has assets of $5.8 billion and a

national urban-office portfolio of over 12 million square feet.

Michael is also a Director of Equitable Group Inc. and Equitable Bank.
