Serving as the design and project director, he is responsible for managing a talented team of designers and helping to lead the project from its initial idea through execution.

While JP is well-versed across project types, he has devoted much of his professional career to healthcare. Creating a space that is comforting at some of our most vulnerable times in life, a place that welcomes children into the world, that houses systems and infrastructure to save lives and is operationally efficient has not only rewarding to him but has fostered and developed many of the skill sets that are applicable to every type of building project he works on. Nate Wilson is based out of Ram’s Tampa, FL office. He is responsible for sourcing and underwriting new investment opportunities in the Central Florida region. Prior to joining Ram, he was an AVP in the Commercial Real Estate Finance group at Regions Bank where he underwrote and managed a portfolio of high dollar acquisition and construction loans across various property types. He began his career as a consultant at a west coast based firm where he performed onsite examinations and provided M&A advisory services to banks and financial institutions throughout the U.S.

Mr. Wilson holds a B.S. in Business and Finance from Indiana University – Fort Wayne and a Master’s in Real Estate Finance from Georgetown University. He is an active member of the Urban Land Institute’s (ULI) Young Leaders Group.

Diego is responsible for analyzing and structuring LD&D's investments and overseeing all asset management activities for LD&D's portfolio. He brings extensive experience in real estate development and investment, having previously worked at The Carlyle Group in the US Real Estate Fund, where he was involved in over $2B of development and investment projects. During his time at Carlyle, he contributed to the development of more than 700 high-end residential units in the New York City area. Prior to that, Diego was an Associate on the Real Estate Finance team at Goldman Sachs & Co., where he played an active role in the repositioning of the $500M Conrad Hotel in NYC and provided development and investment analysis for several of Goldman Sachs' real estate assets.

Diego holds an M.B.A. from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania as a Wharton Fellowship Scholar, with a triple major in Real Estate, Finance, and Management, and a Certificate in Law from the University of Pennsylvania Law School. He also holds a Master of Science in Engineering Management and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Cornell University. Diego is a LEED Accredited Professional and has consulted with the Miami Downtown Development Authority (DDA) on resilience and climate change.

As Chief Investment Officer, Michael Vassilaros leads all investment-related activities by bringing the benefit of many years of experience in real estate finance and business development for major property management firms.

Some of Michael’s top responsibilities include oversees the sourcing, negotiation and closing of new acquisition and development opportunities, as well as capital markets and debt structures, for Key International. As well, he supervises members of the acquisitions team, and participates in due diligence and feasibility initiatives at the commencement of all potential projects.

In addition to his prior career expertise working as a loan asset manager, head of business development, and CIO for debt investments, Michael also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Duke University.

source available. To date Dumas Collective closed over $1.9B in financing resulting in

Brian previously spent 15 years in real estate private equity, development, and investment banking where he closed on investments in excess of $4.5 billion. From 2013-2021 he led a New York City-based, development-focused real estate family office with $500 million of assets under management across the NY Tri-State, Denver, Mid-Atlantic, and Florida markets. Prior to this, he spent seven years in real estate private equity at Westbrook Partners, AllianceBernstein Real Estate, and Morgan Stanley Real Estate. Brian holds a B.S. in Finance and International Business with a Real Estate Concentration from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University.

Brent Miller is Managing Director at JLL and is the Brokerage Lead for the Tampa Bay market. Brent is responsible for leading JLL’s tenant rep office and industrial brokerage services including growth strategies, client development and the implementation of corporate initiatives. In addition, Brent and his team provide various consultative real estate services to corporate occupiers including Transaction Management, Lease Administration, Project & Development Services and Business & Economic Incentives. This vertically integrated approach allows his team to provide clients with scalable, comprehensive real estate solutions to optimize their corporate real estate portfolio.

Experience

Brent has over 20 years of experience representing office and industrial occupiers concentrating on property acquisition and disposition, lease restructuring and portfolio management. Brent has completed over 800 lease and purchase transactions in excess of ten million square feet both domestically and internationally. The majority of Brent’s career has been at JLL through the acquisition of The Staubach Company in 2008. Prior to JLL, Brent started his career with a national tenant representation firm, having specialized in office lease negotiation.

Brent holds a bachelor of arts degree from Vanderbilt University. He is currently a director for the Tampa Bay chapter of NAIOP and is involved as a member in the Tampa Downtown Partnership and Westshore Alliance. Brent is passionately involved in Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF), currently serving as director.

Anthony Scavo joined Basis in August 2021, he has over 29 years of real estate development &

construcion experience. He serves as Basis’s Chief Operating Officer and President. Anthony

runs day to day operations of all Basis’s many ventures and companies.

Anthony graduated from NYU’s Stern School of Business. Anthony will in Stern started his career

at the LeFrak Organization based in NYC where he spent 25+ years. At LeFrak he worked on

and/or oversaw all Construction & Development activities in the NYC metro area. In his various

roles at LeFrak, he was involved in the planning, development and construction of over 3000+

rental apartment units, 1000+ hotel rooms, 500+ condo units, 5,000,000+ square feet of office

space and numerous single story big box retail and mixed-use buildings for the LeFrak family

and related companies.

Anthony then moved to Red Apple Group where he spent over 2 years, where he oversaw the

Preconstruction of the tallest mixed-use building on the West Coast of Florida in the Tampa/St.

Pete area. He also served as head of facilities and technical services for all the multiple business

units under the Red Apple Group umbrella.

Mr. Bicho is the President and Founder of The Landings Real Estate Group. The Landings Real

Estate Group is an owner and operator of commercial real estate executing development,

construction, and property management functions in the residential multi-family, single-family,

office, and retail sector. Landings Real Estate Group is headquartered in Newport, RI with over

100 employees and operates more than 1,900 multi-family residential units Rhode Island,

Massachusetts, Connecticut, New York, and Florida with an asset value more than $350 million

and owns and operates commercial retail and office properties located in Newport, Rhode Island.

In addition to the multi-family portfolio, Landings Real Estate Group has developed a boutique

luxury lodging portfolio with an estimated value of $50m in Newport Rhode Island comprised of

27 properties and 168 rooms and is developing a one-hundred-acre site in Portsmouth, Rhode

Island with 91 single – family homes and a 48 unit Assisted care facility. LREG also executes

approximately $10M of construction and is a registered General Contractor in the State of Florida

and Rhode Island. Currently, LREG is developing 270 units in Jacksonville, Florida, 104 Units in

Tampa, Florida and has two developments in the approval stage in St Petersburgh, Florida.

Over the past 17 years, Landings Real Estate Group has delivered above market returns to of

more than 20% to its investors. At its founding back in 2007, our capital base started with

institutional investors and has migrated towards high-net-worth individuals as the company has

purchased the interests from original institutional investors and has supplemented the capital

stack with high-net-worth investors in some assets. The future of LREG is setup to leverage the

democratization of real estate investing. In 2016, we launched the investor platform IMS that

allows the accredited investor to take advantage of no fee and transparent real estate

investments in the multi-family sector without the middleman advisors taking a portion of the

investors returns.

Prior to founding the Landings Real Estate Group in January 2006, Mr. Bicho was a real estate

development and financial professional and served as Chief Financial Officer for Picerne Military

Housing a/k/a Corvias from 1992 to 2005. In 1993, he initiated a new multi-family housing

business in the Northeast region for Picerne targeting the development of affordable housing

utilizing Low Income Housing Tax Credits and 1997, he founded a new division to acquire,

develop, construct, and manage family housing for the US Army under the Military Housing

Privatization Initiative. As one of the founders of the military housing division, he developed and

executed a business plan that achieved the initial goal to acquire 20,000 homes two years ahead

of schedule and created an organization that expanded from four employees to 500 employees

located across the country.

Mr. Bicho lives Portsmouth, RI with his family and holds an M.B.A. in Corporate Finance from

Boston College (1992) and B.S. in Business Administration from University of Rhode Island

(1989).

Alison Williams is a Partner at Of Place and is

responsible for development and operations. Alison

takes a holistic approach to placemaking with a

focus on retail design and interface with the

architectural teams to ensure that the assets are

best positioned to optimally perform during lease up

and operations.

Prior to joining Of Place, Alison was a member of

the development team with Federal Realty

Investment Trust. During her tenure at Federal,

Alison participated in the development efforts for

some of the company’s most notable mixed-use

projects including Assembly Row in Somerville, MA,

Pike & Rose in North Bethesda, MD and Pike 7 in

Tysons, VA. Alison’s areas of focus included entitlement strategy and execution, financial

underwriting, acquisitions and project management. In addition to her tenure with Federal,

Alison served in a variety of roles including management consulting, investment banking with

Eastdil Secured, and advisory development services with Bozzuto. Alison has her M.B.A. from

University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business and her B.S. in Business Administration with

concentrations in Finance and Real Estate from American University.

Jason Fudin is the CEO and Co-founder of the hospitality living platform, Placemakr. He is a well-

respected entrepreneur in the industries of real estate, hospitality, travel, and business. Before co-

founding Placemakr, Jason was the Vice President of Strategic Initiatives at Vornado Realty Trust. At

Vornado, Jason worked on large asset repositioning and developing innovative commercial real estate

concepts for the organization. Over his career at Vornado, Jason has managed commercial real estate

development projects valued at over $2 billion.

Fueled by a desire for disruption, Jason co-founded Placemakr, an innovative, venture-backed, tech-

Paul Minoff has been an attorney in Florida for over 23 years. Throughout his noteworthy career, Paul has practiced in the areas of complex commercial litigation, business litigation, banking and financing, real estate transactions and litigation, and landlord/tenant transactions

and litigation. For the past 8 years, Paul’s practice has largely focused on handling commercial real estate matters, residential real estate matters, title curative matters, and landlord-tenant matters.

Paul started his career at Holland & Knight before going in-house at Washington Mutual Bank, JPMorgan Chase Bank, and then Fidelity National Title Insurance Company. Paul resumed his private practice at GrayRobinson, where he has been a shareholder and director since August 2013. In mid-May 2023, Paul joined CATIC, a regional title insurance underwriter based out of Connecticut as a Vice President and Commercial Sales Manager, with the express charge of growing and further developing its commercial title operations throughout the Southeastern United States.

Aside from his professional responsibilities, Paul serves as a board member and legal counsel for the CREW Fort Lauderdale/Raton Chapter and also as a board member HANDY/H.O.M.E.S, a charitable organization. Paul is also active with a number of other commercial real estate-related organizations as well as charitable organizations.
