Lee Schaffler, CFA, is Chief Portfolio Officer at Strategic Property Partners overseeing portfolio strategy, asset management, leasing, operations, and capital markets activities. Lee was previously an Executive Director in the Real Estate Americas Group at J.P. Morgan Asset Management where he oversaw a portfolio of wholly owned and joint venture commercial real estate investments across the U.S. with a focus on retail, office, industrial, multifamily, and mixed-use property types. Prior to that he was an associate portfolio manager at J.P. Morgan, with responsibility for investing the real estate allocation of a large U.S. corporate pension fund client. He began his career in J.P. Morgan Asset Management’s Global Tactical Asset Allocation Group. Lee earned a B.S. from Cornell University and an M.S. from Columbia University. Lee is a CFA charterholder. He was awarded the HEAA Young Alumni Achievement award from Cornell University. Lee is a past recipient of the ICSC’s “4 Under 40” award. Lee is an Adjunct Professor at Columbia University. He is a member of various industry organizations including ICSC, ULI, CREFC, NYPEN, CFAI, and NYSSA and sits on the ULI Tampa Bay Executive Board.

Dr Jason Millichamp is the Lead Laboratory & Research Manager for the UCL East Campus, the biggest development in UCL's nearly 200-year history. His role oversees the technical design development and project management of all lab and workshop facilities from concept through to operations. These spaces deliver the technical needs for around 4,000 students and 700 staff, working collaboratively with local communities and businesses. Solving specific interdisciplinary problems by bringing together skillsets from different disciplines to suite social & industrial needs in cutting-edge new centres specialising in ecology, robotics, urbanism, culture, disability, heritage, engineering, technology and health.

She is responsible for leading her team and overseeing workplace strategy, design and delivery for all projects. Adriana uses her robust knowledge of interior architecture and workplace design to guide teams in the delivery of projects that exceed client expectations and inspire building occupants.

Craig J. Richard is a certified economic developer with over two

decades of economic development leadership experience in major

markets such as Dallas, Houston and Atlanta. Career highlights include

more than 308 successful projects representing more than 126,246

jobs and $9.3 billion in capital investment.

Craig has served as Chairman of the Board of Directors for the

International Economic Development Council (IEDC) and currently

serves on the boards of the Greater Tampa Chamber of Commerce,

Film Tampa Bay, Visit Tampa Bay and the Downtown Tampa

Partnership. He was recognized as one of Florida’s 500 Most

Influential Business Leaders by Florida Trend and one of North

America’s Top 50 Economic Developers by Consultant Connect. Craig

was also designated a “Fellow Member” by IEDC for his contributions

to the economic development profession.

Craig earned his Master of Urban and Regional Planning degree, with a concentration in economic

development, from Virginia Commonwealth University and a bachelor’s degree from the University of

Houston. He is also a graduate of the Economic Development Institute at the University of Oklahoma.

Craig and his wife Verna have two boys. In his spare time, he enjoys golf, fishing and hunting.

As a Project Director at JE Dunn Construction’s Tampa office, Dan Frazier is responsible for commercial business volume including office, hospitality and multifamily. He has been an instrumental leader and responsible for numerous notable projects in the Tampa Bay area. An Indiana native, Dan graduated from Indiana State University where he earned a bachelor’s degree in construction management. He relocated to the Tampa area over two decades ago, beginning his career as a trusted Tampa Bay builder. Dan serves as a Board of Directors member for the Associated Builders and Contractors Gulf Coast and is a member of the Associated General Contractors.

Mr. Feldman has been the president and CEO of Feldman Equities since

1990. From 1997 until 1999, he was the founder of, and served as the

Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Tower Realty Trust, a

publicly traded REIT (New York Stock Exchange symbol: "TOW").

From 2004 to 2009, Mr. Feldman served as Chairman of Feldman Mall

Properties, Inc. a publicly traded REIT. He is also the founder and former

Chairman of the Midtown West Association of New York City. Mr. Feldman

was formerly a member of the Board of East Woods School in Oyster Bay NY. He graduated

from Windham College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics. Mr. Feldman has

lectured at the graduate schools of N.Y.U. and Columbia University on commercial real estate

development.

Mr. Feldman has been directly responsible for the management, development or acquisition of

over 11 million square feet of real estate with an aggregate value of over $3 billion dollars during

a career spanning over 30 years in the commercial real estate business. Mr. Feldman's primary

focus over his career has been on the acquisition and redevelopment of turnaround real estate.

Mr. Bevirt is a 38-year veteran of the commercial real estate industry. Prior to joining SPP in 2018,

Mr. Bevirt was Senior Vice President with Brookfield Properties where he was responsible for all

leasing and marketing efforts for the portfolio’s 25 core and opportunity fund assets in DC,

Maryland, and Virginia, totaling 8 million square feet.

Joshua Sason is a Principal at Sason, a national real estate owner/operator with a portfolio of over 1M SF of commercial real estate across nine US markets. He is actively involved in all aspects of the firm including acquisitions, operations, design and capital markets. Previously, he founded an alternative investment management firm that managed credit and special situations hedge funds that he sold in 2019. Since 2009, Josh has raised over $500M in equity capital for the various vehicles he's managed and has principally completed over $1.4B in equity, credit and M&A transactions. In 2016, Sason, as Chairman & CEO, raised $55M in an IPO for MI Acquisitions, Inc. (NASD: MACQ), a NASDAQ listed SPAC that merged with Priority Holdings, Inc. (NASD: PRTH) in June 2018.
