Architect Justin Kimmich, founding Principal of Kimmich | Smith Architecture, established his firm in Tampa bringing his 20 years of experience in the Architecture field to his clients. Mr. Kimmich has a passion for seeing the art of building and functional design for people collide in a solution that is Architecture. His skill sets range in scale from producing overall master planning concepts for large scale multi-phased projects of many typologies down to producing specific construction details important to the success of a project. Through the course of his experience, he has been involved in the design and execution of many project types ranging from single family homes, offices, restaurants, retail and schools to high-rise and vertical Mixed-Use apartments, condominiums and hotels. The strong belief in a systematized project team integration has led to many successful projects in the Tampa Bay area and throughout Florida, including the 15 story 1100 Apex apartment in Clearwater, Florida. As a principal at his previous firm, he completed multiple high-rise projects, oversaw operations and managed the office in Tampa as well as in the Middle East. Mr. Kimmich is an active member of his community being a member of multiple organizations including AIA, CCIM, SOREP and others. He has also been appointed by the Building Official as a member of the City of Clearwater’s Building/Flood Board of Adjustments and Appeals for the past several years and also volunteers as a mentor and teacher to College and Career-aged members of his local church.

Robert’s experience encompasses a variety of project types including hospitality, mixed-use, office, multifamily, commercial, performance, and educational facilities. He has enjoyed working on large scale high-rise mixed-use projects around the world and enjoys the challenges that are inherently part of that process. Industry and community involvement have been a hallmark of Robert’s career. As a director on the boards of significant academic institutions, Robert impacts the future of the design profession where he is honored to serve as a Board Member for the Georgia Institute of Technology College of Design, and the Syracuse University School of Architecture.

Joshua Pardue is the founder of JPRE Development, a real estate investment, development, and advisory firm based in Tampa, Florida, with projects spanning the United States. With expertise across multiple asset classes, the firm specializes in urban, mixed-use, historical, adaptive reuse, distressed acquisitions, and net lease investments in more than 25 states. While maintaining a national presence, JPRE Development is deeply committed to Florida, focusing on urban projects that drive economic growth and revitalization. In Jacksonville, the firm is managing the development of the former Jacksonville Jewish Center into Springfield Lofts at 205 N. 3rd St. In addition to Springfield Lofts, the firm is leading several adaptive-reuse and mixed-use revitalization projects including The Village at Springfield and the Phoenix Arts District, that are helping to transform historic neighborhoods into vibrant live-work communities. Prior to founding JPRE Development and other ventures, Pardue held positions with firms including PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) and Colliers International. He was integral in the launch of the New York office of Stan Johnson Company, a national capital markets advisory firm that was recently acquired by NorthMarq, and where he continues to serve in a leadership capacity. Michelle’s career trajectory in real estate is a testament to her dedication and hard work. Her prior accomplishments include representing more than 4,500 condominiums spanning across ten projects with sell-outs valued at over one billion. Notably, Michelle's exceptional abilities were exemplified when she successfully closed 385 units at Biscayne Beach within a remarkable three-month period, which enabled the swift repayment of the construction loan within the first 20 business days of closings.

Beyond her real estate endeavors, Michelle’s entrepreneurial spirit led her to establish Michi Publicity Inc. from 2009 to 2014. During her tenure as President and owner of the company, she specialized in providing public relations services to the Latin American entertainment industry, further showcasing her versatility and business acumen.

Fluent in both English and Spanish, Michelle holds an Associate of Arts in Mass Communication and Journalism from Miami Dade College and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations from Florida International University. Kristine Retetagos is the Senior Vice President and Division Manager for KAST Construction’s Florida West

Coast Division, where she oversees all construction and preconstruction operations across the region. In this

role, she drives strategic growth, guides project delivery, and supports KAST’s position as one of Florida’s

leading builders and largest construction firms in Tampa Bay. Kristine is also a partner in the firm.

Before assuming division leadership, Kristine led KAST’s preconstruction department, directing services such

as conceptual budgeting, constructability analysis, value engineering, scheduling, subcontractor procurement,

and construction pricing.

A construction industry veteran with more than 25 years of experience, Kristine previously held project

management and preconstruction roles with one of the nation’s largest general contractors in Pittsburgh,

Pennsylvania. Her portfolio spans a diverse mix of market sectors, including commercial, government,

residential, senior living, healthcare, K–12, higher education, and hospitality.

Kristine holds a Bachelor of Architectural Engineering from The Pennsylvania State University and an MBA

from the Katz Graduate School of Business at the University of Pittsburgh. She is a LEED Accredited

Professional (BD+C) and has delivered multiple LEED-certified projects, as well as a Living Building

Challenge–certified project.

Frank Guerra is a Founder and Principal of Altis Cardinal as well as Altis, LLC. Prior to that, Frank was Principal and President of Neo Development and Neo Holdings. Frank has overseen development and construction of several high-rise and mid-rise residential projects totaling over 3,000,000 square feet (over $850 million) as well as property and asset management of residential and office assets in excess of 2,300,000 square feet. Altis Cardinal has developed particular expertise in the multifamily space having acquired or developed over 2,000 units throughout Florida, Texas and Nevada. Previously, Frank led a distinguished legal career – most notably practicing real estate law at Bilzin Sumberg in Miami.
