Zamir Kazi started his career in real estate in 2013 after attending Florida State University buying and flipping duplexes. He formed Berkshire Property Holdings in 2014 (later rebranded to ZMR Capital) to acquire and redevelop multifamily real estate. In the past 9 years as CEO of ZMR Capital Zamir has acquired over $1.5B of multifamily assets. He has been the recipient of Globe Street’s 50 under 40 and is an active investor and board member of multiple early-stage companies. Zamir also contributes significant time and resources to several charities.

He is a member of YPO, has a daughter, and a goldendoodle. Zamir spends his time between Los Angeles and Tampa.

Alison Williams

With 14 years of experience in commercial real estate, Alison Williams, vice president, specializes in the origination of debt and structured finance for commercial real estate transactions encompassing all property types. Ms. Williams is based out of Walker & Dunlop’s Tampa, Florida office.

Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Ms. Williams, served as vice president in NorthMarq Capital’s Tampa, Florida office for more than 11 years where she was responsible for new loan origination utilizing direct relationships with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, HUD, CMBS, bank, and life insurance companies. Throughout her career, Ms. Williams has closed over $1.5 billion of commercial real estate transactions and most recently closed $200 million of loan originations in the Southeast in 2016.

Ms. Williams graduated from Florida State University where she double-majored in finance and real estate. Ms. Williams is a member of numerous professional organizations focusing on multifamily, retail, and hospitality real estate trends throughout the United States.

Mark Wilkie is a 35-year Real Estate Executive with a successful track record of team building, creating operational platforms, executing projects from land acquisition to asset disposition, and developing profitable strategies in geographically diverse multifamily portfolios exceeding $800,000,000 and over 11,000 units. Mark has served as Vice President of Operations and Asset Management at an international boutique equity firm where he coordinated all aspects of asset management and property management supervision for the existing U.S. portfolio valued at over $750,000,000. There and at his most recent opportunity Mark oversaw the disposition of assets valued at more than $300 million. Mark has also held a variety of senior student housing positions. During his tenure with these companies he played an integral role in developing over 20 multi-family properties eight of which were completed in 18 months in 7 states in a public private partnership structure. Mark has personally managed high rise, mid rise, and traditional garden style walk up properties.

With more than four decades of construction experience in this region, John has seen the business from all sides making him an expert at managing relationships to secure the best project outcomes for our clients. Damon Kolb serves as Senior Managing Director of Development for Mill Creek Residential in North Florida. His responsibilities include managing all aspects of the development process, including site selection, due diligence, entitlements, design, financing and disposition of Mill Creek communities. Most recently, he was involved with the development and pre-Certificate of Occupancy sale of Modera Tampa, now known as Ave Tampa Riverwalk, and the site acquisition and development of Modera St. Petersburg, a 383-unit, 20-story high-rise currently under construction on the west side of Tropicana Field in downtown St. Petersburg.

Damon has prior development experience with the Timbers Companies, a boutique luxury resort developer, and also worked for The Richman Group of Companies on numerous affordable and mixed income communities, including several communities in the Tampa Bay region. Damon started his career with Palm Beach County Planning & Zoning as a County Planner. Damon has been directly involved in the development process of nearly 40 multifamily communities throughout Florida.

Damon resides in Orlando with his wife and two children.

As Vice President of Development for Multifamily, Nathaniel leads the sourcing and execution of multifamily and mixed-use projects across the state of Florida. He develops effective marketing and sales strategies, fosters client and brokerage relationships, identifies potential projects sites, provides oversite to design and construction teams, and collaborates with capital markets to sell completed projects. Nathaniel’s 15 years of industry experience includes a background in civil engineering, expertise in multifamily projects, and breadth and depth of experience in navigating municipal approval processes. He understands the importance of right-sizing the density of a property, with an eye for efficient land planning, enabling his teams to make highly confident offers on land and maximize value for financial partners. Nathaniel is passionate about providing quality projects that not only provide a place to live, but an environment that is meaningful to the residents.

He has 18 years of professional experience in Architectural Design and Project Management for a broad range of projects including Multifamily, Commercial Office, Performing Arts, Worship and Industrial developments. His most recent experiences include The Walter, a 34 story, 376-unit Multifamily tower in the Park District of North Hills and the multi-year SkyHouse Program with 18 high-rise, urban, multifamily towers with over 6,000 units and 7,100-spaces of structured parking. Bill holds Undergraduate and Graduate degrees from the University of Cincinnati.
