Jarrad Katz, SIOR, CCIM is a Principal of MDL Group. He specializes in sales and leasing of industrial, office and investment properties.

Jarrad has been practicing commercial real estate full time since graduating from the University of Nevada Las Vegas with a Bachelor of the Science in Business Administration Marketing. Jarrad obtained his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation, as well as, his Society of Industrial and Officer Realtors (SIOR) designation.

Prior to joining MDL Group, Jarrad was Senior Vice President at NAI Global Las Vegas. In his time with NAI he was recognized as “Deal Maker of the Year” in multiple years. Prior to NAI Jarrad was consistently in the Top 5% of producers in the Prudential Commercial network nationwide.

Outside of the office Jarrad enjoys volunteering for such organizations as Nevada Childhood Cancer Foundation, B’nai Brith Youth Organization and Safe Nest.

As the Senior Vice President and Regional Manager of Las Vegas, San Diego, and Utah, Reed Gottesman oversees over 12 million-square-feet of commercial parks and a staff of 50 employees serving 1,900 tenants. Before joining Schnitzer Properties, Reed was an industrial broker in the South Bay port market of Los Angeles with CBRE. He began his professional career on Wall Street as a NASDAQ Market Maker in 1997 with Deutsche Bank Capital Markets. Reed is a graduate of the University of Maryland.

Reed currently serves as the President for NAIOP Southern Nevada and is the Board Liaison to the Programs Committee. He is also a member of the NAIOP National Marketing & Leasing Forum. Reed is married to Tonya, and is the proud father of three beautiful girls: Cassidy, Kennedy, and Becker.

Tom Hanrahan

Mr. Hanrahan is a Director at MCA Realty and oversees Asset Management for the portfolio. He has more than a decade of experience in commercial real estate and holds a California Real Estate Salesperson license.

Mr. Hanrahan joined MCA Realty in 2015 as an Acquisitions Analyst and has progressed to the role of Director of Asset Management during his tenure. Before joining MCA Realty, Mr. Hanrahan served as an Associate on the Cushman and Wakefield West Coast Capital Markets Team. In that role, he was responsible for underwriting more than 10 million square feet of office and industrial properties, with a combined value exceeding $1 billion. Mr. Hanrahan resides in Costa Mesa with his wife and earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Colorado Boulder Leeds School of Business with an emphasis in Real Estate.

In the wake of the 2008 global financial crisis, Venture Development Group discontinued operations and Matt resumed his career as one of the leading investment brokerage professionals with international commercial real estate services firms Avison Young and CBRE.

A real estate and finance business leader with a rich history of nearly 30 years of transactional, development and advisory experience, including 10 years of principal investing and retail real estate development, Matt’s experience covers many of the major markets of the United States with clients and key business relationships that span across the real estate, finance and private equity sectors.

Matt is an avid reader, a frequent blogger, a formerly good golfer, and an aspiring guitar player. In his 19 years as a licensed broker, Barber has represented more than 350

clients on over 1,000 transactions valuing an excess of $1B dollars. On

behalf of JLL, Nick currently represents approximately 1,200,000 square

feet of office product and numerous tenant representation clients.

Barber is a Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) Designee and a

He began his community development journey at the age of 13, raising funds for the first Cancer Hospital in Pakistan "Shaukat Khanam Hospital". Since then he has been involved in volunteering and serving missions of various non profits. His focus is on empowering neglected youth and adults in Asia, Europe and The United States of America. 

Since 2005, Hassan has served as an AmeriCorps Vista "Youth Advocate" with the Salt Lake City School District and since 2015 he has served as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) for Clark County District Court. He also on the board of Nevada Chapter for the Young Non Profit Professionals of Southern Nevada (YNPN) and currently holds a Board seat on Nevada Partnership for Homeless Youth - NPHY Board as well as HUD - SNH Clark County Continuum of Care Board which is the official board acting on behalf of the HUD-Continuum of Care (CoC) Program designed to promote community wide commitment to the goal of "Ending Homelessness".

Apart from being involved in a non profit sector, Hassan has over 15 years of professional experience in real estate development and private equity sector, his expertise includes underwriting, asset management and development of real estate assets.
Specializing in funding acquisitions and development projects through conventional financing, HUD programs, Tax Exempt Bonds, LIHTC, GRANTs and by structuring Public Private Partnerships. He has bachelors in computer science and holds various certifications from Neighborworks America and a Real Estate License in the State of Nevada.

Judy began working in hospitality after an internship with hotelier Andre Balazs. Prior to her position at Dream - Hyatt Hotels, she was Director of Design and Development at Petit Ermitage in West Hollywood where she was responsible for analyzing potential acquisitions and management opportunities as well as overseeing property renovations and new construction. She held the same position at the corporate office of Thompson Hotels (now Sixty Collective) in New York City from 2008-2011. She has also worked as an analyst at Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels, assisting with asset sales, hotel valuations, development advisory and management selection. As a lecturer at NYU’s Real Estate Institute, Judy implemented its first hotel development overview course for its graduate program, where she is an alum. Judy holds a BS in architecture design from the University of Virginia and a MS in real estate development from New York University. She is also fluent in Mandarin Chinese.

Heidi is a Real Estate Professional with over 25 years of tax and accounting experience in the Real Estate Finance, Development, Construction, and Commercial Property Areas.
