Available Space: +/- 16,915 --- +/- 236,495 SF available /// West AB Business Center @ 4145 W Ali Baba Ln. Las Vegas, NV: Recent Acquisition, a 43,600 square foot industrial facility, This rear-load property features a 100-110' truck court depth, 24' clear heights, 5 dock-high doors and 5 grade-level doors /// Sunset West Logistics Center @ 6475-6485 W Sunset Rd. Las Vegas, NV: Recent disposition, UFC-occupied buildings in Las Vegas sell for $23.6M 

MCA Realty: West Sunset Industrial Park (Development) at 6430 & 6460 Warbonnet Way. Las Vegas, NV: a 2-building, 79,721 square foot industrial park in southwest Las Vegas. Building 1 has been sold to a user. Building 2 is a 39,833 square foot warehouse available for lease or sale /// 4205 W Tompkins Ave. Las Vegas, NV: Future Acquisition, a 26,500 square foot multi-tenant industrial facility with a fenced yard component.

ARCO National Construction: Officially opened a Las Vegas office in 2024 to support new and existing regional clientele. ARCO is currently working on a 270,000 SF beverage distribution expansion for a leading wine and spirts wholesaler in Las Vegas, Nevada. The project will greatly increase the company’s ability to serve the region with the addition of conditioned warehouse space with state-of-the-art material handling equipment. Additional features will include 45’ clear height, 20 dock positions, and a 1,500 SF receiving office.

Panattoni Development Company: Badura 215: Located at 6950 S. Miller Ln, in Southwest Las Vegas, this 75,500 sf building currently has 37,950 sf available. With easy access to I-15 to southern California or north to Salt Lake City and Reno, Badura 215 has the ability to serve more than 77 million people in a truck's one day drive. The building features a 28’ to 30’ clear height and 50’ x 55’ minimum column spacing. Additionally, the project allows for build-to-suit office space, rear load configurations and an ESFR sprinkler system. Badura 215 was developed by Panattoni Development Company and is listed by Sam Newman and Pat Marsh with Colliers /// Nellis Commerce Center: This 228,760 sf, class A industrial building includes 17 dock doors, 18 additional knock-out panels, and 48 trailer parking stalls. Additionally, the commerce center features a clear height of 36’ and ESFR fire sprinklers. The building has the ability to accommodate up to two tenants with square footage divisible to +/- 105,700 sf. Located in the North Las Vegas submarket, the area is a part of the growing e-commerce and logistics southwest region. This location provides close access to multiple transportation options, including 12 miles to Harry Reid Airport, less than 5 miles to the I-15 interchange and 7 miles to US-95. Nellis Commerce Center was developed by Panattoni Development Company and is listed with Sean Zaher, Garrett Toft and Jake Higgins with CBRE /// Oasis Commerce Center: Located on S. Rainbow Blvd and W. Richmar Ave. in Las Vegas, NV the Oasis Commerce Center totals 422,020 sf, divisible to +/- 211,010 sf and is currently for lease. This Class A industrial building includes front loading and cross dock configuration, ESFR sprinkler system, 36’ clear height and a build-to-suite office area. This project is located in southwest Las Vegas and provides access to the I-15 freeway and I-215 freeway. Oasis Commerce Center was developed by Panattoni Development Company and is listed by Sean Zaher and Garrett Toft with CBRE /// Simmons Airpark: The state-of-the-art 182,184 sf Class A Simmons Airpark industrial building includes 36’ clear height, full concrete drive aisles and truck court, rear loading configuration, 1,895 sf BTS office areas, 50’ x 52’ column spacing, and an ESFR sprinkler system. The building is located at 2880 Simmons St., directly adjacent to the North Las Vegas Airport and is 3 miles to the Cheyenne Interchange. It is currently available for lease and is able to accommodate one to four tenants. Simmons Airpark was developed by Panattoni Development Company and is listed with Larkin Industrial Group.
