Maggie Burke serves as Senior Vice President on Capital One’s Commercial Real Estate Team, specializing in advising commercial property owners and operators across the U.S. on capital markets and debt strategies. She provides clients with creative solutions to support their individual business plans through several capital source executions, including Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, life companies, CMBS, debt funds, and banks. Burke’s extensive commercial real estate finance experience encompasses originating, structuring, and successfully closing loans across a wide spectrum of asset types – from multifamily, office and retail, to self-storage and industrial. Throughout her career, Burke has facilitated clients in securing an impressive $6 billion in debt finance transactions. Burke joined Capital One from Berkadia in 2021 to grow its national platform and continue delivering highly tailored financing solutions, working alongside her partners Jonathan Pratt and Rossana Bouchaya. The team has originated more than $2 billion in these capital product types within just two years. Notably, they recently closed a 24- property portfolio with Fannie Mae totaling $477 million. Burke is a sought-after industry expert, contributing as a media commentator, panelist, and moderator for The Mortgage Bankers Association’s (MBA) Annual Conference, its Senior Bank Executive Roundtables, Freddie Mac's Customer Conference, and news outlets like Real Estate Forum and Bisnow. In recognition of her influence in commercial real estate, Burke was by honored with Connect CRE's Women in Real Estate Award for 2023. In 2022, she was named on Globest.com's prestigious Rainmakers in Finance, Debt & Equity annual list. Burke remains deeply committed to industry development and advocacy. She has served as the immediate past Chair of the MBA's mPact Advisory Committee, currently serves as Vice Chair of the MBA's Mortgage Action Alliance, and is active in MORPAC, MBA’s political action Steering Committees. Burke is also the sole representative for Capital One on the Freddie Mac Advisory Committee, providing real-time feedback to the agency with the goal of creating a more frictionless experience for borrowers working with Freddie Mac. She also serves as a Board Member of Real Estate Network Empowering Women (RENEW) and is a valued member of CREW Tampa Bay, furthering her commitment to advancing the future commercial real estate landscape for women.

Mrs. Johnston is the CEO of M. Johnston Consulting, LLC, specializing in facilitating collaborations between developers and utility companies for relocations, overhead to underground projects, and new service delivery engineering. With a background that includes engineering, government affairs, and sales at AT&T, she managed a $100M revenue segment across five states, leading strategy formulation, P&L, and a geographically dispersed team. In her role as Regional Director of AT&T's External Affairs department, she managed community engagement, legislation review, lobbying, and represented AT&T on local boards in the South Florida market. Mrs. Johnston holds the technical certification of Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD) since January 1996, the first female employee in the AT&T/BellSouth region to have earned this certification. She designed Fiber and Copper facilities for customers in a deregulated environment and worked with Fiber companies to develop custom fiber cables based on the business needs. She holds an MBA in Strategic Management from Regis University in Denver, CO. She is a graduate of Leadership Florida class XXXIV and an Executive Education program participant at the Harvard School of Business. Mrs. Johnston has received numerous accolades and awards during her career including the Hispanic Leadership award in Technology from the SFL Hispanic Chamber and Service Excellence Award from AT&T, she's served on various boards, including the Beacon Council Executive Board, Miami Dade College Foundation, Miami Children’s Hospital Foundation, Children’s Diagnostic Treatment Center (CDTC), and Leadership Broward Foundation. Currently, she holds the Director role on the 211 Broward Board and chairs the Legislative committee.

Jessica is an experienced design and construction Executive with a demonstrated history of working in the design and construction industry. Skilled in project planning, budgeting & value engineering, design management, construction management, and project completion. Strong project Executive Management professional with 2 years of architecture experience, 9 years of commercial construction experience at one of the country's largest construction firms, and 3 years of project management experience. She holds a degree in Architecture (B.Arch.) graduating magna cum laude.

Sara's involvement with Public-Private Partnerships predates the 'P3' moniker. Her work within this space can be seen across Miami's iconic skyline. Sara's comprehensive understanding of real estate, corporate and government relations enables her to provide clients multifaceted legal guidance. Sara brings to the table over two decades of business management experience. Having served as a C-suite executive within private and public corporations and NGOs, as well as heading a government agency, gives Sara a profound understanding of the implications of complex business decisions. She is successful at helping her clients navigate the intersection of business and law having once worn their shoes.

As National Director, Industrial Services for the U.S., Stephanie focuses on overall growth of Colliers’ industrial business, including the establishment of new client relationships and expansion of existing affiliations. She promotes talent recruitment and retention to support Colliers’ best-in-class Industrial Services team as they accelerate client success. Drawing on her 25 years of commercial real estate experience, Stephanie leads Colliers’ industrial platform, especially in providing thought leadership, research and marketing. She brings extensive experience in acquisitions, lease transactions and negotiations, asset management, and development projects. Before joining Colliers, Stephanie spent nearly 15 years at Duke Realty Corporation where she rose to the level of Regional Senior Vice President, overseeing leasing for a multi-market, multi-million-square-foot portfolio in Central and South Florida in addition to leading property management, development and marketing of the firm’s industrial portfolio in the region. Prior to her time at Duke, she held progressively more senior roles at Trammell Crow Company and CBRE.
