Tere also held the position of senior vice president at Codina Realty Services, Inc. ONCOR International where she was consistently among the top producers during her 14-year tenure. Tere holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in international marketing and finance and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Miami and is fluent in English and Spanish. She is the proud mother of two daughters and resides with her husband in Coral Gables. Andrew Trench, Managing Director at Cushman & Wakefield, has specialized in landlord representation for over 14 years in South Florida. He has worked on leases in both the office and retail sectors of Miami-Dade and Broward Counties, but has concentrated on exclusively office properties since 2010. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield in 2016, Andrew served as Leasing Director at Taylor & Mathis for over five years, and Landlord Representative at Holly Real Estate for the five years prior.
