CAM Renewal Deadlines & Requirements
CAM License Renewal Deadline: September 30, 2026
Florida CAM licenses expire every two years on September 30 and the next deadline is September 30, 2026. CAMs who manage homeowner associations must complete 15 continuing education hours before renewal, including 5 HOA-specific hours (at least 3 of which must cover recordkeeping).
The on-time renewal fee is $100; licenses renewed after the deadline incur a $125 delinquency fee.
Attending this event counts toward your CE requirement. CAMs licensed for 24 months or less prior to the renewal date are exempt from CE requirements for their first renewal cycle.
