801 Brickell
Designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill, and completed in 1985, 801 Brickell is an iconic, 28-story office tower, comprising 415,000 square feet in an architecturally distinctive design, unique to the Miami CBD. 801 Brickell’s unique design add to the geometric motif of the building. Floor-to-ceiling windows on most elevations of 801 Brickell offer panoramic views of Brickell Key, Biscayne Bay, and the City of Miami. 801 Brickell is undergoing a multi-million-dollar renovation, including a completely enhanced lobby and redesigned common areas featuring natural finishes. The fifth floor of the building is being transformed to feature a range of amenities, including a wellness center, state-of-the-art conference center and tenant lounge. The exterior landscaping of the Class A office tower has also been re-imagined alongside the expansion of ground-floor retail options. The renovations aim to enhance the environmentally sound office building featuring an HVAC system designed to provide a cleaner, healthier indoor environment. Digital touchless systems are also being implemented throughout the building and will keep tenants informed of renovation updates, event information, transportation options, conference room reservations and work order capabilities.
