The State of Capital Markets

The capital is out there, but it’s not evenly distributed. Credit markets are bifurcating, with high-quality deals receiving competitive terms while riskier assets face steep hurdles. Equity remains selective as muted transactions create uncertainty. This panel offers a macro-level view of today’s capital markets, examining how lenders, investors, and private equity platforms are navigating spreads, liquidity, and risk. Panelists will provide perspective on where capital is flowing, how terms are evolving, and what it all means for developers, owners, and investors in South Florida.
