Jacques Holzmann joined Kawa in June 2013 and serves as a Managing Director on the Investment & Originations team. From March 2015 to February 2017, Jacques worked at Conergy, a former Kawa portfolio company, where he was Corporate Vice-President focused on corporate finance and global projects. Before Conergy, Jacques was an Investment Analyst at Kawa, working on the analysis and execution of private investments.

Before joining Kawa, Jacques was an analyst at BroadSpan Capital, where he participated in all aspects of mergers & acquisitions and strategic advisory, as well as assisted the execution team on communication with clients and counter-parties throughout the transaction process. Jacques began his career at Horn Eichenwald Investments, an asset management and investment advisory firm in Miami.

Jacques graduated from Florida International University in 2010. He received a BBA in Finance from the R. Kirk Landon Undergraduate School of Business.

Andrew Dansker

Dansker Capital Group

Andrew Dansker is the CEO and founder of Dansker Capital Group, a national mortgage brokerage firm with six U.S. offices and one international office. He oversees a team of 30 professionals originating commercial mortgage debt across all major asset types, with a particular focus on retail and multifamily properties. The firm primarily arranges bank and credit union financing while also executing agency, CMBS, life company, and bridge loan transactions as appropriate. Since its establishment as an independent company in 2020, Dansker Capital Group has placed well over $3 billion in commercial real estate loans nationwide.

Andrew believes the middle-market debt marketplace is under-served by professional, high-quality national firms and sees a significant opportunity for an enterprising company to fill that gap. His leadership vision is to build an organization that delivers institutional-quality service, execution, and results to the national middle-market debt space.

Andrew is a published industry commentator whose writing on the real estate lending market has appeared in The Commercial Observer, Real Estate Weekly, and New York Real Estate Journal. He is also a frequent industry speaker and contributor at conferences and events organized by Bisnow, GlobeSt, Interface, Commercial Observer, ConnectCRE, and other leading commercial real estate platforms. He has more than 15 years of experience in the real estate industry. Andrew earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Chicago and a Juris Doctor from New York University School of Law.

Paul Cleary

Red Oak Capital Holdings

Paul Cleary is President and Chief Operating Officer of Red Oak Capital Holdings, where he oversees the firm’s finances, business partnerships and funding opportunities. The Charlotte, North Carolina-based executive is also charged with overseeing and measuring the success of business and employee initiatives for the national commercial real estate finance company.

In addition to his role with Red Oak, Paul serves as Managing Partner and President of Oak Real Estate Partners (OREP), a national fund manager focused on the institutional investment sector.

Paul has over 25 years of national commercial real estate lending experience involving small-balance originations, construction loans and federally chartered credit union portfolios. He has significant expertise in creating and managing lending policies and guidelines, as well as the development of operational tools and information systems to support financing operations. Before Red Oak, Paul was a Senior Loan Originator with Parkview Financial, and served as Chief Operating Officer for Money360, Inc.

Paul is an alumnus of the University of California, Santa Barbara, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in political science. He also holds a master’s degree in business administration from the University of California, Irvine, as well as a Juris Doctor degree from the University of San Diego School of Law.

Frank Guerra is a Founder and Principal of Altis Cardinal as well as Altis, LLC. Prior to that, Frank was Principal and President of Neo Development and Neo Holdings. Frank has overseen development and construction of several high-rise and mid-rise residential projects totaling over 3,000,000 square feet (over $850 million) as well as property and asset management of residential and office assets in excess of 2,300,000 square feet. Altis Cardinal has developed particular expertise in the multifamily space having acquired or developed over 2,000 units throughout Florida, Texas and Nevada. Previously, Frank led a distinguished legal career – most notably practicing real estate law at Bilzin Sumberg in Miami.

Frank earned his law degree with an emphasis in real estate and transactional law, and Master’s in Business Administration with a concentration in finance, both from George Washington University. Frank is a licensed attorney and member in good standing with the Florida Bar

Brett D. Forman is a commercial real estate finance professional with over 30 years

of experience.

Forman serves as Managing Partner of Forman Capital, a private real estate lending

firm that provides commercial real estate debt and equity financing for transactions

ranging from $5 million to $100 million nationally. Since its inception in 2004,

Forman Capital has successfully funded over $2.8 billion in transactions.

From 2016 until 2023, Forman led a joint venture partnership with a Canadian asset

management firm.

Before forming his own company, Forman served as a Principal at Sylvan Ventures,

LP (a joint venture between Apollo Advisors and Sylvan Learning Systems), a $350

million venture capital firm.

He spent five years in the retail business as President & COO of FEI, Inc. and

County Seat Stores after starting his career as an analyst at Bear Stearns.

Brett graduated from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School with a B.S. in

economics and a concentration in real estate finance. He served as Chairman of the

Foundation Board of the Achievement Centers for Children & Families in Delray

Beach, Florida.

Based out of Fort Lauderdale, Marty brings 25 years of expertise in commercial real estate lending to the table. Throughout his career, he has successfully transacted on over a billion dollars of deals across various product types nationwide. Marty's journey in the industry began with esteemed commercial banks such as LaSalle Bank and KeyBank, where he honed his skills and laid the foundation for his career. He later transitioned into mortgage banking with prominent firms like Walker & Dunlop and Grandbridge, gaining invaluable experience with various commercial real estate debt capital sources.

In late 2023, Marty returned to KeyBank with a renewed focus on serving and expanding KeyBank’s South Florida clientele. Specializing in off-balance sheet capital market executions led by the Agencies, HUD, Life Companies, and debt funds. Marty is dedicated to providing tailored solutions to owners and developers to help them achieve their business objectives in a complicated and competitive environment

Robbie Pinkas joined PLG in 2024 as Senior Vice President of Originations. He brings over 15 years of experience to the role, including three years leading transaction execution and program authority relationships at North Bridge, a C-PACE lender.

At PLG, Robbie is responsible for loan origination, loan underwriting, and portfolio monitoring. Prior to PLG, he worked in progressively senior roles at Credit Suisse, Google, Douglaston Development, and The Collective, a London-based co-living company.

Robbie graduated from Harvard University with an AB in History, cum laude.
