Events Raw Space

Plaza 600

A stunning 20-story office tower in the center of the Denny Triangle. With great setbacks offering abundant natural light and views of the skyline and Space Needle, Plaza 600 is one of the most sought-after destinations in downtown Seattle.

Recently renovated, Plaza 600 now offers an improved experience for tenants, visitors and passersby.

The updated mid-century modern design improves the harmony between the building’s original architecture to the interior space, all while improving the experience for tenants, visitors and passersby alike.

The expanded and refreshed lobby lounge area features new terrazzo flooring, dramatic natural wood arched structure spanning the ceiling, specially designed lighting installations, and inviting seating and workspaces for a first-rate hospitality experience.

Plaza 600 now also features a new ground-floor amenity space equipped with flexible furniture and high-quality A/V equipment for conferences, workshops and other events.

The new ground-floor bike storage area features high-quality racking systems and locker finishes, individual shower facilities, a bike repair station, and two Peloton bikes for tenant use. A new storefront window in the bike room brings in natural light, improving the street-level experience by inviting the outside in, while a custom window film creates privacy for users. The space also features unique wall coverings with custom art throughout, bringing vibrancy and movement to the space.
