Bob Kettle is a career Naval officer in Naval Intelligence with a decade of experience volunteering with non-profit organizations in Seattle. Bob is currently a stay-at-home-dad and civic volunteer, having served on the Queen Anne Community Council board for the past eight years, including as chair of its

public safety committee. Bob also serves on the West Precinct Advisory Council and the Queen Anne Block Watch Network, working on neighborhood-level public safety. His extensive local community involvement includes the World Affairs Council Seattle, Ballard Eagleson VFW Post 3063, along with national involvement with the Society of White House Military Aides. Further Bob is a member of 36 th LD Democrats and served with Veterans for Patty Murray. Bob is part of the St. Anne’s community on Queen Anne and, in his spare time, has been a girl’s youth soccer coach. Bob is a first-generation American, the son of a welder and homemaker in a working-class family. He has an undergraduate degree from Boston University, graduate degrees from Georgetown University’s

School of Foreign Service and the University of Washington’s Evans School of Public Policy and Governance, and is a graduate of the U.S. Army’s Command and General Staff College. Bob is married to Sarah Dunne, a civil rights attorney. Bob met Sarah during her time as Legal Director of the ACLU of Washington, where she led many important civil rights cases, including as co-lead counsel

on the Witt v. Air Force case that helped overturn “Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell.” Bob is deeply proud of her advocacy work, and the two share a commitment to progress and social justice. Bob and family live on Queen Anne.

As Managing Director at URG, Shawn Jackson oversees the operations and leasing teams for the Seattle and Bellevue markets. In addition to building and maintaining relationships with partners and owners, Shawn provides guidance for significant capital projects, operational and leasing related issues and has been involved in over $100 million of capital and tenant improvement work throughout the portfolio.

With more than 30 years of commercial real estate experience, Shawn has held significant positions at some of the most prominent real estate firms in Seattle. Formerly serving as Director at the Hanover Company, he was charged with the acquisition of strategic residential development opportunities throughout the Northwest, including the Seattle and Portland markets. Prior to that, Shawn was a Senior Director at Equity Office Properties Trust (EOP), which was the largest owner of commercial office buildings in the United States at the time. During his tenure at EOP, he completed hundreds of real estate transactions valued at more than $100 million, including participating in Seattle’s largest transaction of 2006 named NAIOP’s 2006 Deal of the Year. While at URG, Shawn participated in the significant renovation and repositioning of 1600 Seventh which also won the NAIOP Deal of the Year award in 2012.

Shawn holds a Bachelor of Science in Business (Marketing emphasis) from the University of Idaho, as well as a Real Property Administrator’s (RPA) designation from the Building Owners Management Association (BOMA) International. He is currently a member of the Seattle Sports Commission Board and a past member of the BOMA Board. Shawn also serves on the Policy Committee of the Downtown Seattle Association (DSA).

Zach leads the Pacific Northwest for Perform Properties (formerly EQ Office). He is responsible for driving strategy through new acquisitions, leasing, operations & reposition/development efforts in the region.

Jake Rowe is an interior designer at ZGF specializing in corporate office and higher education facilities. He works collaboratively with users to translate their needs and experiences into beautiful, functional interior spaces that respond to the human experience and reflect client culture and goals for recruitment and retention. Jake is motivated by the opportunity to help build community within—to create space where people can connect with one another, the natural environment, and the greater context of the work around them. Most recently he worked on the Microsoft Campus Modernization Project in Redmond, WA.

Tony Toppenberg, Vice President PNW Development and Construction with Hudson Pacific Properties. Tony brings over 20 years of experience in engineering, construction, and development to his current role with Hudson Pacific. Tony currently leads all development activities for Hudson’s Seattle and Vancouver BC assets. His responsibilities include management of design and construction, securing required entitlements, managing project budgets and underwriting, and evaluating new acquisitions. Prior to joining Hudson Pacific, Tony worked with Intel Corporation, and most recently spent 16 years with Turner Construction. In addition, Tony is an active member of NAIOP, volunteering for many leadership and support roles, including recently serving as chapter President in 2018. He was also honored as one of ENR’s Top 20 under 40. Tony’s work has undoubtedly changed the skyline of Seattle and the region, and he continues to be very active and committed to shaping the future of the

built environment here. Tony works closely with the organization like the Downtown Seattle Association, the Pioneer Square Alliance and Youthcare to help contribute to the community in ways that support Commercial Real Estate but not at the expense of those in our community who are most vulnerable or disadvantaged. Tony currently lives in Ballard with his wife Kelsey, their 4 kids and a golden retriever. He is an active volunteer serving as Treasurer and Fundraising Chairman for the PTA and coaching his daughter’s soccer team. His hobbies include golf, soccer and watching his kids play sports.

Wende Miller is a Principal for Talon Private Capital (TPC). Wende joined TPC in 2012. During her time at TPC, Wende has overseen asset management and leasing for TPC’s portfolio, including partner properties. She has completed over 4.5 million square feet of new, pre-leased, and renewal leases while overseeing property management, project management and brokerage teams in multiple markets.

Wende has spent the majority of her 27 year real estate career as a broker specializing is significant transactions for owners, major law firms, corporations, financial institutions and professional and technical firms in the Puget Sound Region. She has implemented much of what she learned as a broker into her daily interactions now as an owner, while leaning on her vast industry relationships to ensure the most advantageous results for TPC properties, their investors and partners.

Wende attended Coastal Carolina University in South Carolina where she was a member of the cross country and track teams. Wende is a member and has been actively involved in several industry related organizations such as Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW), CoreNet, National Association for Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and Downtown Seattle Association (DSA) and was recently recognized as a Power Woman in Commercial Real Estate by Bisnow. She is also committed to giving back to her community having served as a board member for the Hope Heart Institute, Bishop Blanchet Boosters, Camp Fire USA and a member of the Jubilee Women’s Center Steering Committee where they were successful in raising $5 million in a capital campaign. Additionally, Wende has enjoyed coaching track & field, basketball and soccer for her children’s teams over the years but is now adjusting to the empty nest life since the last of her five children has gone to college.

Elizabeth “Liz” Thorson is the Director of Leasing for Unico. During her time at Unico, Liz has overseen the leasing of University of Washington’s Metropolitan Tract in downtown Seattle. In addition to the University of Washington portfolio, Liz oversees real estate investments for the greater Puget Sound portfolio working with partners such as Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, and AEW, to name a few.

Liz spent most of her real estate career representing local and institutional owners as a broker with CBRE and the CAC Group and brings a depth of knowledge in commercial real estate transactions.

Rachel Fenton is recognized for her work collaborating on and accelerating infrastructure projects with municipalities throughout the West. She has a Master of Urban Planning from the University of Utah, a strong background in Government Relations, and significant experience in the wireless industry. This diverse background gives her the ability to create and foster longstanding symbiotic relationships with Municipalities, commercial real estate developers, and partners in the wireless industry. As the Director of Wireless Solutions in the Pacific Northwest, Rachel is responsible for working with jurisdictions, building owners, developers, and wireless providers (T-Mobile, Verizon, and AT&T) to augment networks in hard-to-reach and dense places. Her role includes addressing one of the major challenges facing many cities right now, which is to bridge the digital divide. She brings with her twenty-eight years of experience and has spent over ten years working within the City of Bellevue. Working for Boldyn Networks, a wireless infrastructure powerhouse with a global presence, Rachel is part of an international team and works to deliver advanced shared network infrastructures that are needed for a smart, inclusive, and sustainable future.

acquired Urbis Partners, a boutique Agency-only brokerage, which Ms.

Harvey was co-owner of since 2005. From 1998 - 2005, she was a senior

Vice President at the Trammell Crow Company and lead the Agency

Leasing Team in Seattle. Prior to brokerage, Ms. Harvey had a successful

career as an REO Asset Manager with a Seattle regional bank.
