J.P. Harlow is Managing Director for the West Region. Based in Seattle, Wash., Mr. Harlow is responsible for expanding Rockefeller Group’s presence on the West Coast, specifically sourcing industrial, residential and office projects in the Pacific Northwest and Northern California. He also coordinates and sources equity, debt, and secure venture partners for the new markets. Mr. Harlow was formally with Lincoln Property Company (“LPC”).

Mr. Harlow was previously Senior Vice President, Head of Washington for Lincoln Property Company, where he developed and led the company’s investment strategy for the region with a specific focus on large-scale, mixed-use JV developments, repositioning existing commercial assets, and growing the third-party property management platform. In his five years at LPC, he sourced, capitalized, and closed more than $1.5 billion in joint venture projects.

He earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Washington and his master’s degree in real estate from New York University.

Travis has been in commercial real estate in both the private and institutional sectors since 1998.

His years of experience cover construction, commercial brokerage, institutional asset management,

finance and development. In his current role, Travis is the Seattle Partner for Panattoni with over

4.5 million SF currently under construction in Washington and Oregon. He is a native of Pierce

County, growing up in The South Sound, and he now resides in Gig Harbor with his wife and two

daughters.

Bryan McKrell

Bryan McKrell is a Managing Director at Link Logistics Real Estate. He is responsible for more than 53 million square feet of industrial properties in the Pacific Northwest and he has worked in Commercial Real Estate for the last 23 years. Bryan has worked locally as a youth sports coach for soccer, basketball golf, and football and spends a good deal of time volunteering at his children’s school and in the community. Bryan grew up in the Carmichael area and attended Starr King Elementary and Middle school where he was inspired to learn and would like to give back to the district which provided him with such an exemplarily academic foundation. Bryan is the father of three children and currently resides in East Sacramento.

Principal and CEO Brendan Mason leverages over 15 years of experience in real estate development and construction management to offer a holistic approach that guides teams throughout the entire project lifecycle. Brendan believes in the sharing of risk and the sharing of ideas, developing a true rapport with clients and partners, and leading through creative problem solving and an openness to new ways of thinking. Brendan is a proud Husky, graduating from the University of Washington’s Runstad Center with an MS in Real Estate. In his free time he is passionate about skiing, golfing, and spending time with his family and friends.

Jordan brings nearly 15 years of construction industry experience and has overseen some of Perlo’s largest and most technically demanding projects. His work spans the industrial, distribution, manufacturing, and office sectors, totaling more than 3.5 million square feet of construction and interior improvements. He also has extensive experience repositioning industrial assets, modernizing aging facilities and aligning them with evolving tenant and market needs. Jordan is known for his steady, collaborative leadership style building alignment among stakeholders and driving projects to successful, on-time, on-budget completion. His project portfolio also includes Silver LEED-certified industrial facilities, reflecting both his commitment to high performance building and his deep understanding of sustainable construction practices.

Outside of work, Jordan enjoys time with his wife and two daughters, playing golf, and mentoring the next generation of construction professionals.

Michael leads DLR Groups Commercial Studio in the Northwest. As an architect and researcher, he is interested in finding better solutions to make our built environment safe, productive, and fun through technology, construction, and data. He is currently researching new ways to consolidate sensor data from built environments in order to make them more sustainable, enjoyable, and healthier, and fabricating prototype installations that engage clients in the communities they live and work.

Benjamin Seeger is Northwest Region Partner at Dermody Properties and is responsible for the sourcing and execution of acquisition and development opportunities in the northwestern United States. He also leads asset management and customer relations for the region.

Prior to joining Dermody Properties, Mr. Seeger was a Senior Manager at Amazon, leading the company’s real estate program for last-mile logistics facilities in North America, Latin America, Australia and Singapore. At Amazon, Ben managed a large team of real estate professionals responsible for sourcing and developing existing and build-to-suit facilities across those regions.

Prior to his time with Amazon.com, Mr. Seeger was a practicing commercial real estate attorney for nearly a decade in some of the premier real estate practices in the northwestern U.S., including Summit Law Group and Foster Garvey PLLC. As an attorney, he represented many prominent clients in leasing, acquisition, financing, and development matters across asset types and regions.

Mr. Seeger is a member of the Washington State Bar and a graduate of the Urban Land Institute’s Center for Sustainable Leadership.

Mr. Seeger holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Washington and a J.D. from Vanderbilt University.

Michael Shindler is Head of West Coast Markets at WiredScore, where he leads operations, account management, and new business development across Western North America. He works closely with owners, developers, and investors ranging from boutique firms to global institutions to ensure their assets and developments are designed, delivered, and operated to meet the evolving connectivity and technology expectations of modern occupiers.

Michael and his team currently support more than 1,100 assets representing over 315 million square feet across North America. Recently, Michael led the cross-functional group that brought WiredScore’s industrial certification in North America, marking the company’s first expansion beyond office and multifamily after 14 years in those sectors. With nearly a decade of experience at the intersection of real estate and technology, Michael previously partnered with institutional investors to support acquisition strategy and development pipelines. He brings a pragmatic, occupier-driven perspective on how digital infrastructure directly impacts asset performance, tenant retention, and long-term value.

Denice Tokunaga is a partner at Seyfarth Shaw LLP and the Seattle office co-managing partner. She collaborates with private and public companies, developers, government entities, utilities, and institutional investors on the full spectrum of commercial real estate matters, including leasing, acquisitions and disposition, and development. Denice has strong experience in industrial leasing, having negotiated leases for more than 150 million square feet for the fulfillment, distribution, data center, and other industrial uses.
