Climate change and environmental factors have forced builders & owners to reexamine their building materials, carbon footprint and site selection. With Northern California geographic location, there are several environmental factors that pose threats to buildings; earthquakes, rising heat and forest fires to name a few. Contractors and builders are not sitting back idling as well.
