Salt Lake City has experienced significant population growth in recent years, which has led to an increased demand for commercial real estate in the area. The trend towards urban living, the desirable location and industry diversity has created an influx of new residents in the city. Salt Lake City has become a hub for technology and innovation, with many technology startups and companies choosing to locate downtown. Maintaining new development remains crucial as the city and developers feel the pressure to continue building to meet the high demand.

As Salt Lake City climbs the ranks of America’s major CRE powerhouse cities, and remains resilient among some uncertainty, the commercial real estate market has seen several opportunities over the years. Join industry leaders as they discuss migration trends, population growth, technology and innovation, the demand for CRE and how all of this has impacted construction and development of multifamily, industrial, office, retail, hotel, life sciences, healthcare and mixed-use buildings. Gain insight on best practices, where opportunities lie, and how industry leaders are adapting to meet the ever growing demand for CRE in SLC.
