As CEO of Dominion Realty Partners, LLC Andy oversees development, acquisitions, strategic planning, construction and financing of eco-friendly commercial and residential projects throughout North Carolina, Virginia and South Carolina. Prior to creating Dominion Realty Partners, Andy joined Daniel Corporation in 1987 and served as Senior Vice-President while overseeing the Southeast and Mid Atlantic regions for that company. Over the past ten years, Dominion Realty Partners, LLC has developed and acquired over two billion dollars worth of commercial office buildings, multi-family communities, high-rise condominium projects and mixed-use developments throughout the Southeast region. Before entering the real estate field, Andy played on the World Professional Tennis Tour (ATP) for five years. Andy won over nineteen professional titles and reached the semifinals in doubles of the US Open and the doubles finals of the Australian Open. Andy is a graduate of Woodberry Forest School in Virginia and played collegiate tennis at North Carolina State University. His recent awards and designations include: Two-time All American and All ACC in Tennis at North Carolina State University, Two-time past President of Raleigh Racquet Club and five year Board Member, Member of North Carolina Tennis Hall of Fame, George Whitfield Hall of Fame inductee, Mary Milam Lifetime Tennis Achievement Award Winner, 2011 North Carolina Tennis Association President’s Award recipient, 2013 -2014 USTA National Board of Directors - Delegate at Large, USTA Southern section Delegate at Large, Secretary of the Board of Directors USTA Southern Section, USTA Junior Competition Committee member, USTA Varsity Collegiate Committee member, Chairman of NAIOP Urban Redevelopment Forum, Two-Time President of Triangle Area Office Building Association and Chairman of NC Tennis Association Capital Association Campaign. During the past seven years Andy has raised over $9,000,000 for tennis programs, facilities and opportunities for those less fortunate. Andy resides in Raleigh, North Carolina with his wife Carol and their children, Rhyne and Alex.

Jenkins began his career in 1999 at EDENS, where Jenkins managed a Southeastern U.S. portfolio of shopping centers. Since cofounding Columbia Development, Jenkins has been involved in all facets of retail and mixed use development from inception to completion, including site selection, contract negotiation, re-zoning and entitlements, lease negotiation, project capitalization, budgeting, scheduling, asset stabilization, and disposition. Jenkins is involved in forging strategic partnerships for Columbia Development, as well as corporate planning and company management. To name a few, Jenkins has been involved in projects with Lowe’s Home Improvement, Costco, Walmart, Harris Teeter, The Home Depot, Target, Wegmans, Verizon Wireless, USAA, Publix, The Fresh Market, Hobby Lobby, Chipotle, AT&T, Starbucks, and Panera Bread. In recent years, Jenkins has spent much of this time working with the Columbia Development team on its FENTON project, a 2.5 million square foot mixed use project in Cary, NC. Jenkins is a graduate of the University of Georgia, an Eagle Scout, and enjoys spending time and traveling with his family. In addition, Jenkins is also an avid runner of roads and trails and enjoys spending time on the water, backpacking, golf, and sport shooting.

Billie Redmond is a native North Carolinian, growing up in the small textile town of Eden. Billie founded TradeMark Properties, the largest, woman-owned, boutique commercial real estate company in the Triangle. TradeMark Properties provides leasing, brokerage and property management services to their clients to maximize the value of their real estate investments and business objectives. Named one of the Top 20 CEO’s in the Triangle in 2016 by Triangle Business Journal, Billie also received the Pillar Award at their 2015 SPACE Awards. Billie also received the 2011 Triangle Business Journal Legacy Award, which recognizes leaders who have helped shape the Triangle through their business and community endeavors. She received the TCREW Impact Award, the first women to receive the prestigious award. In 2006, Billie was named Realtor of the year by the Triangle Commercial Association of Realtors. She has received the Triangle Business Journal’s Women in Business Award and the Lifetime Achievement award for Women in Business 2008, been named to the Business Leader Impact list, and been named Tar Heel of the Week by The News and Observer, as well as being recognized as one of Business Leader Magazine’s Women Extraordinaire. In 2005, Billie was inducted into the YWCA’s Academy of Women for her efforts to empower women and eliminate racism. In May 2011, Billie completed 10 years of service to the WakeMed Health and Hospitals Board of Directors, the last two as Chair. She serves on the Board of Directors of Paragon Commercial Bank and the Carolina Hurricanes Kid’s n Community Foundation Board. Currently, she is Chair of the Governor and General Assembly appointed Education & Workforce Innovation Commission, focused on educational transformation across North Carolina. She is a past chair of the Greater Raleigh Chamber of Commerce where she served an unprecedented extended term. She served as the Co-Chair of the Wake County Citizens Facility Advisory committee, evaluating the Wake County capital improvement program and implementation strategies. Billie is a member of Pleasant Grove Church and is the Assistant Supervisor of the Children’s Program for Bible Study Fellowship International. She is married and has three children.

Nick Hathaway joined Hathaway Development Partners in 2007 after working in multi-family brokerage for multiple years. During that time, he was responsible for underwriting, market analysis and financial analysis, within a team that focused on institutional grade multi-family transactions at Marcus and Millichap. Nick then went on to close approximately $80M worth of multi-family assets as a standalone agent. Nick has also represented principals in land acquisitions of a broker. Nick Hathaway attended NYU and Kennesaw State University with a focus on Business Management and Economics. While working at Hathaway Development as Director of Development Nick worked with the development team to lead all new development projects from initial concept planning through construction completion. Nick has been responsible for developing a conceptual plan for each new development, preparing and managing construction and working internally with HD and Hathaway Constructions Services with budgets and schedules, coordinating all of Hathaway Developments in-house resources, and managing external design/construction/municipal relationships acting as Hathaway Developments representative. Nick and the Development company are heavily involved in the initial due diligence, preconstruction planning and design phases, obtaining necessary approvals for zoning and permitting, and remains actively engaged in the oversight of construction performance and draw administration until final certificates of occupancy have been granted.  Nick and the entire Hathaway Development company have worked together to successfully develop multifamily projects ranging from Texas throughout the Carolinas.

Cristi Lewis is an audit partner based in CohnReznick’s Charlotte office. She is a member of the firm’s Construction Industry Practice. Cristi has more than 15 years of public accounting experience encompassing financial statement audits, accounting, business consulting, agreed upon procedures engagements, regulatory compliance and benefit plan audits. Her industry experience includes construction contractors, commercial real estate, residential multi-family housing, and governmental agencies (including PHAs). She has also worked with many small business clients. Throughout her career, Cristi has been tasked with planning and performing audit, tax, and agreed upon procedures engagements while also providing training, supervision and work reviews for audit associates. She has extensive experience planning and executing audits in compliance with GAGAS, HUD audit guidelines, and OMB A-133. Her real estate and construction industry experience includes commercial and multi-family residential, land development, specialty contractors and property management. She has also worked extensively on due diligence engagements for an SEC client relative to the acquisition of contractors across the country. Education: B.S., Accounting – University of North Carolina at Charlotte.

Jeff manages the university’s office of Real Estate & Development and oversees the use, management, leasing and development of the university’s real estate portfolio, including Centennial Campus. Jeff practiced law in Raleigh for 18 years prior to joining NC State, focusing on commercial and residential real estate development, public/private partnerships, infrastructure development and land use and zoning. Scott Selig is the Associate Vice President of Capital Assets and Real Estate for Duke University. Scott has 30 years’ experience in both the public and private sectors of the commercial real industry. Scott is charged with developing and implementing the overall real estate strategy for Duke University and the Duke University Health System. Scott is acting in the lead role for Duke University regarding the development and implementation of the Durham Innovation District and American Tobacco and other real estate and economic development missions. In addition, Scott is responsible for the asset management of the Washington Duke Inn, a 271-room, 4 –star hotel and executive meeting center. The Real Estate Office portfolio contains more than 300 leases encompassing approximately 3.5 Million square feet of office, medical clinic, laboratory and warehouse space. Scott holds an MBA from Duke University and is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate from the University of Washington in Seattle.

Mr. Coleman is currently responsible for the successful operations of multifamily assets in North Carolina. Rob joined Greystar in 2018 and he has broad multifamily experience including management, development, construction and brokerage. Prior to joining Greystar Rob was the Sr. Vice President with Walker & Dunlop Investment Sales based in the Carolinas. Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Rob served as Vice President of Operations at Bell Partners Inc. He was responsible for the management and operational success of nearly 15 thousand units across southeastern markets. During his tenure he oversaw a variety of assets including lease-up, high-rise, mid-rise, mixed use, garden and value add. Mr. Coleman previously worked in the Development, Construction and Management Divisions at Trammell Crow Residential from 2000 to 2009 where he developed multifamily assets in North Carolina and South Carolina. Rob is a graduate of North Carolina State University and he lives in Apex, NC with his wife Danielle and two children.

Kathy Gigac is leader of the Raleigh-Durham Tenant Advisory Team and has consistently been recognized as a top producer by both Colliers Raleigh and the Triangle Commercial Association of Realtors. She has over 20 years of experience in the NC market and has executed numerous top lease and headquarters transactions around the market. Kathy has represented local and corporate clients in repeat transactions including Quintiles (300,000 SF), First National Bank (45,000 SF), Avalara (+40,000 SF), Progress Software (40,000 SF), Intel (+20,000 SF), Industrious (20,000 SF), Pentair, HNTB and many other financial and professional service firms.

Jeff joined the organization in September of 2014 and is responsible for supervising all of the firm’s operations and legal activities. He serves on the Leadership Committee and the Investment Committee. Prior to joining The Dilweg Companies, Jeff practiced law for 21 years in the real estate department of Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton, where he represented real estate investors, developers, operators and lenders . He received his J.D. from Duke University School of Law. Additionally, Jeff earned his M.A. from Duke University School of Public Policy and his B.A. from Middlebury College.
