Vanessa Sturgeon became president and CEO of TMT Development in 2003. Founded by her grandfather, Thomas P. Moyer, Vanessa started learning the business while still in college. Today, she leads a team that manages more than 6.5 million square feet of mixed-use high-rise assets, retail shopping centers and industrial parks in Oregon and Washington.

Her grandfather’s entrepreneurial spirit and fierce commitment to Portland is evident in the way Vanessa leads TMT and serves her community. With countless business accolades and extensive board service to her credit, gratitude for the life she leads fuels her “love what you have” philosophy and her passion to help those who struggle with inequity.

As a mom to three boys, Vanessa loves the feeling of family at TMT. “We all like each other. It’s authentic. We don’t take ourselves too seriously. We laugh a lot … we have fun. I can dish it, but I can take it, too.”

The company she leads places a high value on service. Service to tenants, business partners, coworkers and community. Empowering people to lead and serve from wherever they are is something she believes in; something she learned from mentors who let her make mistakes and build her reputation.

Vanessa attended Santa Clara University, Atkinson Graduate School of Management and Willamette University College of Law.

As Chief Financial Officer, Cameron brings over 20 years of SaaS, software, and strategic acquisition experience to ZoomInfo. Before joining ZoomInfo in 2018, he served as the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Managing Director of Eze Software Group LLC. Earlier in his career, he served in executive and financial roles at other software and information companies.

Cameron holds a B.S. in Economics, cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering, cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania School of Engineering and Applied Science. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst charter holder.

Patrick Gilligan serves as the Senior Executive Vice President for Lincoln Property Company’s Pacific Northwest and Mountain West regions, and is responsible for all business operations throughout Oregon, Washington, Idaho and Utah. This includes the implementation of all service lines and oversight for all acquisition, development, and redevelopment activities. He has over 20 years of experience in real estate investment and development, and has been a part of Lincoln since 2006, completing over $5.5 billion in transactions.

Since entering the Pacific Northwest and Mountain West markets in 2014, he has grown Lincoln’s portfolio to over 10 million sq. ft. of office, industrial, retail, and multi-family assets under management, including such notable projects as Pacwest, Wells Fargo Center, The Sutton multi-family development in Portland, OR; Terminal 1 in Vancouver, WA; and Eastport Logistics in Boise, ID. He also played an integral role in securing development rights to The Point in Draper, UT; a 100-acre master-planned mixed-use community that will result in over 3.3M sf of office, retail, entertainment, and residential projects. Prior to running the Pacific Northwest and Mountain West regions, Patrick served as a Vice President in Lincoln’s San Francisco office for nearly a decade.

Monty Hill, Associate Principal and Design Director at Mackenzie, has over 25 years of architectural design experience. Monty has provided design leadership on projects for a diverse range of clients, and across a wide variety of project types. This extensive experience informs Monty’s unique perspective on innovation and opportunity in the Portland and Pacific Northwest markets. Monty has been involved in the design of mixed-use towers, corporate campuses, commercial office buildings, retail buildings, healthcare facilities, and multi-family housing. His approach to design aims to create meaningful experience, and provide comfort, intrigue, and delight to the people who will use the space.

Past life: Actor, Singer, Playwright and Theater Producer

Danya joined SolTerra in 2015, where he has played a key role in the development of a dozen projects in both Portland and Seattle. Danya is closely involved in all aspects of the development process and specializes in asset management. He is a 4th generation developer, and is an Alumni of U of O and UH Manoa

Sam Rodriguez serves as Senior Managing Director, with a focus on the Portland, Oregon market for Mill Creek Residential.

Formerly, Mr. Rodriguez served as a Development Associate for the Pacific Northwest division with Trammell Crow Residential. Before joining Trammell Crow, he worked as a Project Manager for a Portland residential developer for two years and prior to that practiced architecture for 16 years, the last six as a Senior Associate and Project Manager at SERA Architects, Incorporated in Portland, Oregon. In that capacity, Mr. Rodriguez oversaw construction of several award winning, urban mixed-use and multifamily housing projects in the Portland area. Projects he managed while at SERA include 8 NW 8, The Avenue Lofts, The Civic and The Tate Condominiums. At Trammell Crow, he successfully managed Tupelo Alley and Riva on the Park from design through construction.

Mr. Rodriguez received a Bachelor of Architecture from the Central University of Venezuela. He is a registered Architect in Washington DC and Venezuela.

Leah’s 24 years of experience in the interior design field gives her insight into what creates successful, mixed-use projects while understanding client objectives and programming needs. By researching diverse demographic and lifestyle trends, Leah creates places that bring people and communities together in a dynamic way.

Ryan Wood is a Project Executive managing Truebeck Construction’s Portland office. Ryan’s experience covers a broad range of new construction and renovations for commercial office, mixed-use, life science, and education markets. He has delivered complex construction projects with expertise in Mass Timber, design-build, seismic upgrades, prefabrication, historic renovations, Integrated Project Delivery, and LEED certification. Ryan is currently overseeing the construction of a four-story mass timber creative office development located in the heart of Portland’s North Williams corridor and is in preconstruction on a seven-story mass timber project located on the central east side. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Santa Clara University. He is active in industry associations, including the Portland Rotary Club among others.
