Due to its strategic location just outside pricey California, the Greater Phoenix Industrial market is thriving. Metro Phoenix is on track for the sixth largest delivery of industrial commercial real estate in America, and all signs suggest this is only set to continue.
Since 2010, Phoenix has added over 313M cubic feet of warehouse space. It has the third largest pool in the Western U.S. for warehouse labor, and boasts operating costs approximately 40% lower than its California neighbor.
