Molly brings over 15 years of experience to her role as Senior Vice President of Real Estate Development and Market Leader for Ryan’s Southwest Region, in which she is responsible for the leadership of office, industrial, retail and healthcare real estate development teams and general business development efforts. She handles site selection and acquisition, municipal use permits and approvals, design and construction coordination, financial packaging and lease or sale negotiation, while working to mentor and cultivate a strong group of developers.

Molly is known not only for her delivery of high-profile development projects, but for her commitment to improving the community in which she works, shown through her philanthropic activity and active engagement within local and national real estate organizations.

I have 24 years of City of Phoenix service, in addition to 16 years of enforcing and applying Zoning Ordinances, City Codes, Building Codes, policies and regulations. I have served in multiple roles in the Planning and Development Department as a Chief, Senior and Engineering Technician, Construction Permit Specialist, Planner I, Planner II, Project Manager and Planner III. I have gained a broad experience interpreting building code and projects subject to complex federal, state and local rules, communicating with residents, and management. I have served as the Light Rail Liaison to support the Light Rail Administrator in the City Manager’s Office and have managed various projects and programs in multiple areas including urban economic development, commercial development, transportation development and business assistance.

I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Service and Public Policy from Arizona State University and bring supervisory, organizational skills, and a dedication to customer service that will complement the strengths in my new role as a Program Manager in the Planning and Development Department, Office of Customer Advocacy.

Jarett is the market leader for Cousins Properties in Phoenix and oversees an office portfolio of 1.6MM SF in Tempe. In this role, he has responsibility for leasing, property operations, investments and business development. Prior to relocating to Phoenix in 2021, Jarett played a key role in growing the Cousins' footprint in Phoenix, Austin, and Dallas through acquisitions, dispositions, new developments, asset management and corporate strategy. Before joining Cousins, Jarett worked for Morgan Stanley in their Real Estate Investing group where he closed on over half a billion dollars of office transactions.

Mike leverages over 30 years of well-rounded architectural and design experience to his role of President of DAVIS. He

is responsible for the leadership of a multi-dimensional architectural practice that is passionately committed to enriching

the human experience. Mike’s varied background allows him to provide both guidance and mentorship to staff, young and

experienced alike, in a wide variety of design milieus. Mike’s responsibilities range from writing and negotiating complex

performance contracts to promoting an unparalleled standard of excellence in the design of all of DAVIS’s architectural

endeavors, from small tenant improvements to large master planned communities. Having been a part of the evolution of

DAVIS since 1987 and having served in leadership roles in Phoenix, California and Austin, Texas offices, Mike has always

believed that seeing the ‘big-picture’ in development and architecture is critical in the genesis of every good project design.

And under the guidance of a seasoned team, excellence happens in the perfect storm that includes attention to the big

picture, attention to detail, and intense consideration of the Client’s needs.

Kate McGoldrick, a senior interior designer at DLR Group, has been infusing the built environment with compassion and wellness-driven design for over a decade. Her focus on aligning people, place, and policy not only enhances value for her clients, but also significantly benefits end users. Spaces influenced by Kate’s workplace strategy and design flourish as holistic environments, prioritizing wellbeing, productivity, and a sense of belonging, enriching a company’s brand and culture.

Gonzo is an Arizona native and has been in the Commercial Real Estate his entire career spanning 22 years. He has worked for national General Contractors and Developers and is currently the Regional Director of the Building and Industrial Divisions at Keeley Construction. Gonzo is actively involved with NAIOP DEI program having guest taught and judged for the JA partnership the last few years and ULI Next member. Has served on various Non-Profit boards and philanthropic organizations throughout his career. One of his many passions is mentoring and giving back to young leaders within the industry. Keeley construction is a national Developer/Design Builder based out of STL with offices in Phoenix, New Braunfels, Ft Worth, Fargo, Charlotte, St Louis, and Canton.

Tiffany Winne is an Executive Managing Director & Partner at Stream Realty Partners where she leads the strategic direction and growth of the Phoenix office. Tiffany’s primary responsibilities include expanding Stream’s service line business and building Stream’s brand presence while continuing to specialize in working with office tenants in their real estate needs in Phoenix and across the globe.

Tiffany specializes in maximizing value for tenants through creative leasing efforts, systematic market and financial analysis, and comprehensive lease negotiations. Tiffany’s expertise is in structuring complex real estate transactions for major public companies, professional services firms and private organizations, creating advantages for them in the areas of flexibility, risk protection, real estate cost reduction, labor cost advantage and workplace optimization. Her versatility has allowed her to serve clients across a wide array of industries including financial services, law, media, technology, health care, and not-for-profit organizations.

Before joining Stream, Tiffany served as Vice Chairman of Savills North America’s Phoenix office and a member of its Board of Directors. Throughout her real estate career spanning over 21 years, Tiffany has completed transactions of over 13 million square feet, a cumulative value of over $3.8 billion across 50+ markets nationally and internationally.

Collin joined Trammell Crow Company in 2020 and serves as Senior Development Manager for TCC's Phoenix market. In this role, Collin oversees all aspects of commercial property design and construction for the firm’s development projects. He is responsible for managing the entire development process including site planning, due diligence, entitlements, design and construction. Prior to this role, Collin was a Construction Manager focusing on Life Science and creative office, and comes from the general contracting side of the business working for DPR Construction in the past. Collin brings to the team more than 10 years of experience in construction management for projects throughout the Southwest in product types that include industrial, creative office/workplace, life sciences, mixed-use and medical office.

Passionate about exclusively championing the agenda of the occupiers of commercial space, over the years Darius has transacted leases, purchases, and dispositions into the millions of square feet. He has experience negotiating complex and high-value leases; early renegotiations; expansion and contraction negotiations; data center colocation agreements, office, warehouse, condominium purchases and dispositions; build-to-suit developments, corporate strategy consulting, site selection, and economic incentives negotiations.

Alexandra is a Principal and the Director of Interior at STG Design in Phoenix. She brings more than 18 years of experience and a team leadership approach to projects, from conception to completion. Alex excels at building relationships and offers a collaborative approach to partnership, giving clients and design partners confidence in creative solutions that align with business objectives. Born and raised in Arizona, Alexandra is passionate about the Phoenix-built environment, connecting with community-focused philanthropic groups that further the

Valley’s impact. Alex is also involved with the local chapters of several professional organizations including CoreNet, NAIOP and St. Vincent DePaul.

Casey Cartier joined Phoenix-based Jokake Construction in 2012 as the CEO/President. With over 25 years in construction coupled with his prominent leadership roles, Cartier serves as a strategic visionary. Partnering with clients to understand needs in the construction market, Casey has helped transition the company from a commodity-based service to a group of experts that clients can rely on to offer creative solutions throughout the project lifecycle as their vision comes to life.
