Molly brings over 15 years of experience to her role as Senior Vice President of Real Estate Development and Market Leader for Ryan’s Southwest Region, in which she is responsible for the leadership of office, industrial, retail and healthcare real estate development teams and general business development efforts. She handles site selection and acquisition, municipal use permits and approvals, design and construction coordination, financial packaging and lease or sale negotiation, while working to mentor and cultivate a strong group of developers.

I have 24 years of City of Phoenix service, in addition to 16 years of enforcing and applying Zoning Ordinances, City Codes, Building Codes, policies and regulations. I have served in multiple roles in the Planning and Development Department as a Chief, Senior and Engineering Technician, Construction Permit Specialist, Planner I, Planner II, Project Manager and Planner III. I have gained a broad experience interpreting building code and projects subject to complex federal, state and local rules, communicating with residents, and management. I have served as the Light Rail Liaison to support the Light Rail Administrator in the City Manager’s Office and have managed various projects and programs in multiple areas including urban economic development, commercial development, transportation development and business assistance.

I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Service and Public Policy from Arizona State University and bring supervisory, organizational skills, and a dedication to customer service that will complement the strengths in my new role as a Program Manager in the Planning and Development Department, Office of Customer Advocacy.

Jarett is the market leader for Cousins Properties in Phoenix and oversees an office portfolio of 1.6MM SF in Tempe. In this role, he has responsibility for leasing, property operations, investments and business development. Prior to relocating to Phoenix in 2021, Jarett played a key role in growing the Cousins' footprint in Phoenix, Austin, and Dallas through acquisitions, dispositions, new developments, asset management and corporate strategy. Before joining Cousins, Jarett worked for Morgan Stanley in their Real Estate Investing group where he closed on over half a billion dollars of office transactions.

is responsible for the leadership of a multi-dimensional architectural practice that is passionately committed to enriching

the human experience. Mike’s varied background allows him to provide both guidance and mentorship to staff, young and

experienced alike, in a wide variety of design milieus. Mike’s responsibilities range from writing and negotiating complex

performance contracts to promoting an unparalleled standard of excellence in the design of all of DAVIS’s architectural

endeavors, from small tenant improvements to large master planned communities. Having been a part of the evolution of

DAVIS since 1987 and having served in leadership roles in Phoenix, California and Austin, Texas offices, Mike has always

believed that seeing the ‘big-picture’ in development and architecture is critical in the genesis of every good project design.

And under the guidance of a seasoned team, excellence happens in the perfect storm that includes attention to the big

picture, attention to detail, and intense consideration of the Client’s needs.

In this role, Collin oversees all aspects of commercial property design and construction for the firm’s development projects. He is responsible for managing the entire development process including site planning, due diligence, entitlements, design and construction. Prior to this role, Collin was a Construction Manager focusing on Life Science and creative office, and comes from the general contracting side of the business working for DPR Construction in the past. Collin brings to the team more than 10 years of experience in construction management for projects throughout the Southwest in product types that include industrial, creative office/workplace, life sciences, mixed-use and medical office.
