Molly brings over 15 years of experience to her role as Senior Vice President of Real Estate Development and Market Leader for Ryan’s Southwest Region, in which she is responsible for the leadership of office, industrial, retail and healthcare real estate development teams and general business development efforts. She handles site selection and acquisition, municipal use permits and approvals, design and construction coordination, financial packaging and lease or sale negotiation, while working to mentor and cultivate a strong group of developers.

Cullen Mahoney

Cullen Mahoney is a Senior Vice President within Trammell Crow Company’s Phoenix Business Unit. In this role, he focuses on sourcing and executing ground-up development deals and opportunistic acquisitions. Mahoney has responsibility for the entire investment life cycle, including site identification, entitlement procurement, design and construction, project capitalization, asset management, and disposition.

Since joining TCC in 2014, Mahoney has directly managed or has played a key role in the development of over $350mm of institutional real estate across Metro Phoenix. His experience spans multiple product types, including office, industrial, multifamily, mixed-use, and land.

Mahoney leverages best-in-class market data and strong industry relationships to form investment strategy, identify emerging trends, and source new deal flow. He maintains an unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional client outcomes.

Alvaro Sande

As a partner in ALTURA Capital Alvaro takes an intuitive approach to partnering with developers and investing in successful projects. Beginning his career in banking and investments in 1998, Alvaro went on to lead a development for an international company where (among other things) developed condominiums, conducted numerous land transactions and started a real estate website.

In the last 3 years he led Business Development for Katerra Nationally. Drawing on his South American upbringing, Alvaro understands that true "development" means immersing himself within the community to understand the needs of both businesses and individuals. As a passionate advocate for the City of Phoenix he presently sits on the boards of the Phoenix Center of the Arts and participated as a board member in the Evans Churchill Community Association and the Hance Park Conservancy. Alvaro has a proven track record in creating successful long-lasting relationships with cities, customers, investors, and communities.

Charlie von Arentschildt

Charlie von Arentschildt is a Senior Director at JLL Capital Markets. For over a decade, Charlie helped his clients achieve success by taking a comprehensive, data driven approach to deliver superior outcomes for institutional clients executing strategy on office properties throughout the Phoenix metro. Charlie has been involved in the many of Phoenix’s most prominent office projects such as Axis Raintree, Hayden Ferry, 100 Mill, Galleria, The Quad and Rio2100.

Prior to joining JLL, Charlie served as a Senior Vice President at CBRE, where he led the Phoenix market for National Office Partners. Charlie started his career in Leasing Advisory Services where he would eventually lead the Phoenix Office Division prior to transitioning to capital markets. While at CBRE he transacted over 800 deals valued at $4.1 billion in total consideration.

Outside of work, Charlie is a philanthropic member of the Phoenix community, dedicating time to Phoenix Children's Hospital, Executive Council Charities and the Phoenix Art Museum. In 2023, he chaired the Phoenix Children's Golf Tournament, raising over $1.5 million for the hospital's foundation. Charlie attended Georgetown, where he received a bachelor's degree in economics. At Georgetown, he competed on and captained the men's golf team. Charlie and his wife Brenna live in the Paradise Valley area.

Alex Boles

As Managing Director Alex leads the Development Team in all efforts in the Phoenix market. His responsibilities include sourcing investments, due diligence, acquisition, and creation and execution of development business plans. Alex oversees all points in the development process from initial concept and site selection through construction and, ultimately disposition. During his time at ViaWest he has developed over 4 MM square feet of industrial product, one retail build-to-suit, and played a key role in +/- 1.5M SF of value-add office and industrial projects. In addition, he has a background in multifamily and single-family residential projects with 12+ years of real estate investment, development, and construction management experience.

He earned a B.A. in Business Administration with an emphasis in economics from Middle Tennessee State University as well as a Masters of Real Estate Development from Arizona State University (graduated Beta Gamma Sigma). He is involved with NAIOP and ULI. Originally from Nashville, TN, he now resides in Phoenix, AZ with his wife Ellen and two sons (Brooks and Lucas).

Stanton Shafer serves as Chief Operations Officer. His role is primarily engaged in the company’s operations, focusing on the management of the company’s six million square foot portfolio of national and international properties, including 3,000 apartment units.

Shafer’s background includes 22 years as a successful Capital Markets broker with Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial, joining the company in 1989 when it was Grubb and Ellis. During those two decades he completed sales of nearly $1.5 billion in assets and was selected as the NAIOP-AZ Investment Broker of the Year. Prior to his career as a real estate broker, Shafer spent 10 years as a practicing real estate attorney. Stan’s education background includes an economics degree with distinction from Iowa State University and a Juris Doctors Degree, Magna Cum Laude from Arizona State University.

Adrian has been working in commercial real estate for over twenty years and has been involved in the acquisition, disposition, brokerage and development of over five million square feet of commercial property with a total value of over a billion dollars. Recently Mr. Evarkiou opened the first office for the Boyer Company outside the state of Utah. In Adrian's career he has worked for both regional and national commercial real estate companies and has been involved in various capacities on the development of over fifty successful projects. Adrian has been involved in the development of multiple product types including office, mixed use, flex office, industrial, retail, high rise condominium and multi-family projects. He is a Partner at the Boyer Company and holds an Arizona Brokers Real Estate License. He has attended classes, been a member and held officer positions with the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), Urban Land Institute (ULI), International Council of Shopping Centers Inc. (ICSC) and Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). Mr. Evarkiou earned a bachelor’s degree in regional development from the University of Arizona.

Aaron Strole is the owner and founder of Capital Asset Management, LLC (“CAM”) a full service commercial real estate firm focusing on the development and management of commercial ventures from both the developer and institutional sides of the transactions.

Aaron Strole graduated with a master’s in business administration from the University of Texas at Austin. After receiving his MBA, he worked for IBM as a management consultant and moved to New York, NY to join their Business Strategy Practice. While consulting there for over six years, he helped to shape corporate strategy, improve processes, and analyze financials for dozens of clients including Nissan, Intel, and Chevron.

Mr. Strole started his career in real estate while at IBM by investing in his own properties. He always had a passion for real estate and left consulting to pursue his own business along with his wife Rachelle. In 2009, they became the founding members of Capital Asset Management (CAM). With his wealth of experience and industry knowledge, Mr. Strole has been leading the property management group of CAM ever since. His beliefs in continual learning, listening to clients, and operational excellence have shaped and grown the business into a leading, family owned real estate company.

Hannah Hackathorn

With more than 20 years’ experience in interior design, Hannah serves as Director of Workplace

and Co-Studio Director. She brings expertise in workplace design, project management,

strategy and change management services, and has successfully implemented projects

throughout North America.

She takes the lessons learned at the macro scale into projects that are smaller yet deal with many of

the same issues such as customer experience, hospitality, and future flexibility. Human-centered in

her approach, Hannah believes that workplaces should function for the people who inhabit them.

She encourages her team to challenge the industry’s pre-conceived notions of workplace design,

leading to greater learning opportunities for our people, clients, and collaborators.

Hannah regularly provides thought leadership on trends, issues, and insights for the workplace,

and has been instrumental in workplace strategy and design for a myriad of clients including

tech-start ups and Fortune 500 Companies.

Hannah has been recognized for her leadership in design by IFMA NYC, Connect CRE’s

Women in Real Estate and DrivenXDesign for three consecutive years.

Tiffany Winne is an Executive Managing Director & Partner at Stream Realty Partners where she leads the strategic direction and growth of the Phoenix office. Tiffany’s primary responsibilities include expanding Stream’s service line business and building Stream’s brand presence while continuing to specialize in working with office tenants in their real estate needs in Phoenix and across the globe.

Tiffany specializes in maximizing value for tenants through creative leasing efforts, systematic market and financial analysis, and comprehensive lease negotiations. Tiffany’s expertise is in structuring complex real estate transactions for major public companies, professional services firms and private organizations, creating advantages for them in the areas of flexibility, risk protection, real estate cost reduction, labor cost advantage and workplace optimization. Her versatility has allowed her to serve clients across a wide array of industries including financial services, law, media, technology, health care, and not-for-profit organizations.

Before joining Stream, Tiffany served as Vice Chairman of Savills North America’s Phoenix office and a member of its Board of Directors. Throughout her real estate career spanning over 21 years, Tiffany has completed transactions of over 13 million square feet, a cumulative value of over $3.8 billion across 50+ markets nationally and internationally.
