As Chargie’s Vice President of Product, Tracy leads the company’s product vision, including design, development and execution of its EV charging solutions. In this role, she also oversees customer experience which includes development of property management tools and the driver lifecycle. Tracy has more than a decade of experience in design and product development for large technology, CPG and media companies. Before joining Chargie, she served as a Senior Designer at Boingo Wireless where she reimagined several of the company’s digital properties and customer touchpoints. Prior to Boingo, she held creative and product development roles at JUICE Pharma Worldwide and Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Art Theory and Practice from Northwestern University.

As Director of Real Estate Development, George is responsible for

strategizing, sourcing, and financing development opportunities in Arizona.

As part of the Mortenson Phoenix team, George positions the firm to

provide comprehensive turnkey solutions including site identification, tenant

procurement, financial feasibility, debt and equity financing, government

entitlements, and design and construction oversight for our customers

through a variety of markets and across all product types.

George serves as a strong advocate for Mortenson's services throughout

Arizona communities. As a team member with the company since 1997,

George has earned the designation of LEED © Accredited Professional and

has managed multiple project types across the western United States,

Hawaii, Guam, and Tokyo, Japan.

George is actively involved with numerous organizations in the Valley

including the Greater Phoenix Economic Council (GPEC), NAIOP and ULI.

Sintra Hoffman is the President and Chief Executive Officer of WESTMARC, representing

the West Valley of the Phoenix metro area. She previously served as Assistant Division

Director for the Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT). Her professional background

includes 20 years of experience in local, state and federal government. Sintra lead ADOT’s

Office of Public Affairs which focused on building and sustaining relationships with leaders

in Arizona’s cities, towns, counties and business community. Prior to her time at ADOT, she

spent 10 years with the City of Surprise, serving as the Director of Intergovernmental

Relations and Deputy City Manager.

Sintra was recognized as by Arizona Business Magazine as one of the Most Influential

Women in 2016. Sintra has been recognized for her accomplishments in transportation

lobbying and problem solving. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration

and Masters of Administration in Public Administration.

Stanton Shafer serves as Chief Operations Officer. His role is primarily engaged in the company’s operations, focusing on the management of the company’s six million square foot portfolio of national and international properties, including 3,000 apartment units.

Shafer’s background includes 22 years as a successful Capital Markets broker with Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial, joining the company in 1989 when it was Grubb and Ellis. During those two decades he completed sales of nearly $1.5 billion in assets and was selected as the NAIOP-AZ Investment Broker of the Year. Prior to his career as a real estate broker, Shafer spent 10 years as a practicing real estate attorney. Stan’s education background includes an economics degree with distinction from Iowa State University and a Juris Doctors Degree, Magna Cum Laude from Arizona State University.

Mr. Anderson serves as a managing director and city leader responsible for new commercial and residential business opportunities that include new development, acquisition, management, and disposition within the Southwest Region of the United States. Anderson's responsibilities include business strategy, master planning, deal-structuring, contract negotiations, government relations and tenant relations.

Anderson holds a BS in Finance with a concentration in Real Estate from Arizona State University and master's degrees in Real Estate and Construction Management from the University of Denver.

Molly brings over 15 years of experience to her role as Senior Vice President of Real Estate Development and Market Leader for Ryan’s Southwest Region, in which she is responsible for the leadership of office, industrial, retail and healthcare real estate development teams and general business development efforts. She handles site selection and acquisition, municipal use permits and approvals, design and construction coordination, financial packaging and lease or sale negotiation, while working to mentor and cultivate a strong group of developers.

She excels at building strong relationships with customers and helping them to find intelligent, creative solutions that meet their business objectives. Gonzo is an Arizona native and has been in the Commercial Real Estate his entire career spanning 22 years. He has worked for national General Contractors and Developers and is currently the Regional Director of the Building and Industrial Divisions at Keeley Construction. Gonzo is actively involved with NAIOP DEI program having guest taught and judged for the JA partnership the last few years and ULI Next member. Has served on various Non-Profit boards and philanthropic organizations throughout his career. One of his many passions is mentoring and giving back to young leaders within the industry. Keeley construction is a national Developer/Design Builder based out of STL with offices in Phoenix, New Braunfels, Ft Worth, Fargo, Charlotte, St Louis, and Canton.
