Our commitment to your safety

We have been inspired by the industry’s enthusiasm as we return to live events and have been thrilled to safely host more than 4,000 executives this summer. As we continue to overcome and emerge from the Covid-19 pandemic, we know the best way through the latest developments and to keep the industry thriving is by working together. As such, we are updating our event safety guidelines & protocols as follows:

  • Facial coverings will be required by all staff & attendees, regardless of vaccination status. Masks will be made available at the door.
  • Temperature checks will be conducted at entry.
  • Attendance at the event will be capped and no tickets will be sold at the door.
  • Contact tracing procedures will be employed for any reported exposure.
  • Socially distanced seating will be available in the main event space.
  • Enhanced sanitization protocols will be adhered to throughout the event space including regularly disinfecting surfaces throughout the event and hand sanitizer provided to all attendees.

As local regulations and guidance evolve, the CRE industry continues to lead the way forward. We look forward to gathering safely to do what we do best: network, connect, and engage to do more business. We look forward to hosting you soon.

Why This Matters

Why This Matters:

-Will demand for Class-A multifamily keep up with the coming deliveries, or will rents need to drop to keep vacancy at bay?

-Philadelphia is seeing multiple neighborhoods surge in popularity. Will permanently expanded remote work add fuel to the expansion of Philadelphia's developable areas?

-How much support can the City of Philadelphia give affordable housing development within the constraints of its new budget?

-How have Class-B suburban apartments fared through the pandemic and what does the future of suburban apartments look like as the world returns to normal?

How You'll Do More Business: Leasing is up, vacancy is down and the world is coming back to life. That being said, this past year-and-a-half has changed human behavior and created trends that could last a long time. Find out what parts of the pandemic aftermath will impact the multifamily market for years to come.

Who You'll Meet: Brokers, owners, developers, investors, architects, GCs, engineers, and lawyers.

Multifamily Update: Hot Markets, Trends To Watch, & The Impact Of Covid
The world changed dramatically over the past year and a half. One of the main changes was the freedom people had to choose where they live. As the world returns to normal the CRE community is closely monitoring if these population shifts are permanent.

Philly Housing Update
Throughout the pandemic, it was reported that Philly's multifamily market held its value significantly better than most cities around the country. Many point to Philly's affordability and proximity to other major cities on the east coast. Philly has multifamily developments popping up all over as it looks to capitalize in interest.
