Owned by Silverstein Properties and Arden Group, 1735 Market is widely recognized for its trademark pyramid crowned top and timeless lobby that is accessible from both Market Street & JFK Boulevard, Philadelphia’s most prominent avenues. Silverstein just completed a capital improvement program to the Market Street entrance and lobby.
