Mr. Spencer is the Chairman & CEO of Arden Group, established in 1989 as a fully integrated real estate company focusing on acquiring, developing and managing high quality real estate assets. The company has purchased and developed more than $3.7B of real estate including office buildings, hotels and high-rise mixed-use residential. Arden’s asset management group has managed more than $7.0B in assets. Arden Group in 2012 established Arden Fund Management, its real estate equity and debt fund management business and has been name by Preqin as the #1 globally Most Consistent Closed End Private Real Estate Fund Manager for both 2017 and 2018.

In addition to leading Arden, Craig has participated in several non-real estate ventures including the acquisition and subsequent sale of Admiralty Bank to Royal Bank of Canada in February 2003. He was also a founding board member of Anchor Commercial Bank based in Palm Beach, Florida. Craig was Founder/Co-Owner with Jon Bon Jovi of the Philadelphia Soul Arena Football Team. In its five-year history, Craig helped build it into the most successful team in the league and the 2008 World Champions. Craig and Jon also established and are the Co-Chairmen of the JBJ Soul Charitable Foundation, which has provided 500 housing units along with educational programs to homeless men and women. The Foundation opened Soul Kitchens in Red Bank, NJ in 2011 and Toms River, NJ in 2016 with over 60,000 meals served to date.

Craig is a licensed attorney who specialized in real estate, banking and bankruptcy law. He is a frequent guest lecturer at the Zell/Lurie Real Estate Center at The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Paul is the founding chief executive of the Center City District, serving in that capacity since January 1991. The CCD is a $22 million downtown management district, which provides security, cleaning, place marketing and planning services, as well as streetscape and park improvements for the central business district of Philadelphia.

Wale Mabogunje joined Parkway Corporation as Vice President, Project Executive in February

of 2020. Prior to Parkway, he spent 4 years at Liberty Property Trust working as Senior Project

Manager on build-to-suit office, lab and manufacturing space at the Philadelphia Navy Yard. He

also worked for 9 years with Aegis Property Group as Development Manager and Senior

Development Manager. He began his career with Turner Construction and over 6 years served

in various roles including project management, cost control, procurement and business

development.

Wale has worked on multiple notable projects in Philadelphia and throughout Pennsylvania and

New Jersey. His major projects with Parkway include the 2222 Market Street office tower.

Wale is a Temple University alumnus with a B.S. in Civil Engineering and an MBA in

International Business from the Fox School of Business.

Jeff DeVuono is the Executive Vice President and Senior

Managing Director of Brandywine Realty Trust’s Pennsylvania

Division.

Mr. DeVuono joined Brandywine Realty Trust in January of

1997. Prior to Brandywine Realty Trust, Mr. DeVuono worked

for LCOR, Inc., a private development company that had a

previous association with Brandywine, where he held a variety

of positions, all of which related to asset management. Before

joining LCOR, Mr. DeVuono was a sales and leasing representative for Cushman & Wakefield of

Philadelphia.

Mr. DeVuono currently serves on the Board, and is a former Chairman, of the King of Prussia

District and is a Board Member of the Center City District (CCD). He is also a member of

CoreNet, the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts (NAREIT), the National

Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), the Sunday Breakfast Club, and the

University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School Samuel Zell and Robert Lurie Real Estate Center.

He is a Trustee and Master Planning Committee Member of The Westtown School and is a

Master Planning Committee Member of Waynesborough Country Club. Past Boards include the

Economy League of Greater Philadelphia, University City District, Bartram’s Garden, and The

Center for Emerging Visual Artists.

Our data driven approach includes senior leader and employee engagement, predictive analytics to shape responsive solutions and prepare for change management. As a thought leader in strategy, Amy speaks regularly at national conferences including Corenet Global, BOMA, and NeoCon. Her unique perspective on people, place, and work brings a distinct advantage to each client with whom she works.

Rich directs the development, leasing, and management of Keystone’s portfolio with a forward-thinking insight that brings concepts to execution. At Keystone, he’s credited with over 20 million square feet of lease transactions and five million square feet of development, collectively valued in the billions of dollars. His career-defining transaction (so far) is signing Amerisourcebergen to their new headquarters, catalyzing the development of SORA West in Conshohocken.

Prior to Keystone, Rich held leadership roles at Stoltz Management Company, Prentiss Properties Trust, and Pennsylvania Real Estate Investment Trust. Rich holds an MBA from Temple University and is a licensed real estate broker in Pennsylvania.

David has been in the furniture industry in Philadelphia for 15 years

working across a diverse group of market segments including

corporate, higher education, healthcare, and government;

additionally, David has a background in Interior Design. These

combined experiences allow him to be an invaluable resource for

projects with unique product requirements. David’s responsibility is

to work closely with his clients to share the Teknion point of view on

workplace planning, sustainable design and product solutions.

David’s consultative approach is in keeping with Teknion’s principal

of identifying the needs of the client and developing solutions that

meet and exceed all expectations.
