Eric Goldstein is the founding Executive Director of King of Prussia District. Since 2011, he has helped champion strategic partnerships and initiatives that position King of Prussia as a vibrant, progressive community at the forefront of the suburban transformation movement. An expert in planning and placemaking, Eric is a highly successful fundraiser, having raised more than $6M, in addition to assessment fees, to support King of Prussia District programs and events since 2011. He also proudly serves on the International Downtown Association (IDA) Board as a member of the Executive Committee and as the IDA Awards Committee Chair.

Eric was recently named a Change Agent by the Philadelphia Business Journaland added to their Power 100 list in 2017. He was also named the 2016 Best Visionary by Philadelphia Magazine. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Planning and Design from Rutgers University and a Master of Landscape Architecture degree from Kansas State University.

Dave Brown oversees the Philadelphia market for CBG Building Company, one of the largest and most respected national multifamily builders. Mr. Brown started his career with CBG in the DC/MD/VA area. He opened the CBG Philadelphia office in 2017. Since then he has been responsible for over $250M worth of multifamily construction in the suburbs. These projects include The Smith King of Prussia, J Creekside at Exton, and 130 Monument in Bala Cynwyd. Mr Brown grew up in the Philadelphia suburbs and is an alumni of Bishop Shanahan High School in Downingtown. Mr Brown received his BS in Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech.

John Dean joined Toll Brothers in 2011 and is currently Division President. He is responsible for

the company’s homebuilding operations in Pennsylvania & Delaware. His team has delivered

over 3,000 homes ($2.5B+ in revenue) in the past three years in products ranging from single

family residences to condominiums, townhomes and active-adult homes. He is responsible for all

operations including land acquisition and due diligence, entitlements, sales & marketing,

construction and customer care within the division.

Before his promotion to Division President in 2018, John was a Vice President, Land Acquisition

responsible for all land acquisition, deal structuring/negotiations, due diligence and entitlement

activities for the company in Pennsylvania.

Prior to joining Toll Brothers, John held a series of senior positions with local and regional real

estate development companies, playing a key role in numerous transactions with a total market

value exceeding $3.2B. He has direct experience with many large regional & national mixed-use

and mixed-product redevelopment projects involving both the private sector and public-private

partnerships.

Jason has received widespread recognition as a progressive developer and advocate of smart growth in the Philadelphia region. Under Jason’s leadership, Arcadia has pursued a strategy of infill redevelopment in walkable places such as Media, Narberth, Hatboro, and Doylestown. For years, Jason has advised Seaside developer, Robert S. Davis, and has consulted to property owners and municipalities throughout the United States on smart growth.

Jason’s work on the New Daleville traditional neighborhood was the subject of author Witold Rybczynski’s 2007 book, Last Harvest. More recently, Jason was featured in Leigh Gallagher’s 2013 book, The End of the Suburbs: Where the American Dream is Moving.

Outside of Arcadia, Jason is a trustee of Natural Lands, the Philadelphia region’s largest land conservancy, where he chairs the conservation programs committee. Jason is an advisory board member of Breakthrough of Greater Philadelphia, an educational enrichment program for Philadelphia middle school students. Jason received the 2021 Maguire Award from the Bicycle Coalition of Greater Philadelphia for his years of advocacy of road safety legislation in Pennsylvania. A frequent speaker on smart growth and housing markets, Jason volunteers his time to progressive land use organizations throughout the Philadelphia region.

Prior to Arcadia, Jason worked in private equity with Crosslink Capital in San Francisco and in management consulting with McKinsey & Company in New York. He has an AB in Urban Studies (Summa cum laude) from Princeton University from which he was awarded the Daniel M. Sachs graduating scholarship. He also earned an M.Litt. in geography from the University of Oxford, England.

Jason resides in Center City Philadelphia with his wife, Angela, and daughters, Amanda and Lucy.

Esther is well known for her experience in developing and leasing some of the premier office buildings in the Philadelphia region, with a 30-year reputation for matching clients with the right space in Center City and Conshohocken properties and building long-term client relationships. Her vision and integrity supported the transformation of the speculative Conshohocken market into the highest occupancy, highest rent, and most valuable submarket in the region. Her disciplined dedication to unparalleled tenant service drives the highest tenant satisfaction and renewal rates in the market. Esther earned a B.A. in Economics from Ohio Wesleyan University.

Lauren is the Director of Strategy + Culture at D2 Groups - a full-service Architecture, Interior Design, Branding, and MEP Engineering firm located in King of Prussia, PA. Lauren draws upon almost two decades of industry experience to guide the firm’s knowledge of market trends and industry innovations across disciplines. A strategist at her core, she affects multiple areas within the firm: Lauren guides marketing, communications strategy, and external brand while leading internal culture initiatives, community engagement, and professional development. Lauren continues to play a key role in design strategy and direction with the Interior Design studio, leading the creative phases and application of industry trends to realize her client’s visions with inventive solutions. Her national portfolio of award-winning projects can be attributed to her balanced approach which is both pragmatic and imaginative – and always forward-looking.

With more than 25 years in public accounting, George devotes most of his time serving clients in the Real Estate Industry. These include developers, commercial and residential operators, hotels, property and asset managers, home builders, private equity funds, and individual investors. In 2009, he took on the lead role of the legacy LarsonAllen firm’s Real Estate practice and has brought that experience forward focusing on further developing the firm’s capabilities in advisory, assurance, and tax services available to clients in the real estate and hospitality space. He also is a lead resource in the firm helping clients in real estate workout transactions.
