Mr. Robert E. Buccini is a Co-founder and Principal of The Buccini/Pollin Group, Inc. and serves as its Co-President. He serves as Executive Director of Mid Atlantic Hotel Portfolio Investors LLC. Mr. Buccini leads The Buccini/Pollin Group general non-hotel real estate development activity. Prior to co-founding BPG, Mr. Buccini was an Assistant Vice President for real estate development at the New York City Economic Development Corporation (EDC). While at the EDC, his projects included the Times Square-Disney redevelopment project, Brooklyn’s Metro Tech, the city’s first information technology building, and the New York City Discovery Fund (a $50 million venture fund investing in New York City based technology companies). Prior to that engagement, Mr. Buccini was a Broker and Senior Analyst for Kenneth D. Laub & Company, a commercial real estate brokerage firm based in New York City. Mr. Buccini is Chairman of the Wilmington Housing Partnership, Director of The Rodel Foundation of Delaware, Treasurer of Opera Delaware and Chairman of Delaware State University’s Annual Campaign. Mr. Buccini received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Cornell University.

Ms. Luo serves as Managing Director for Willton Investment Management with primarily responsibility of implementing the firm’s investment strategy and business development initiatives. Ms. Luo is specially in multifamily development and she is focus on creating a better living environment for the local community. Ms. Luo has held numerous positions in multiple real estate development companies as well as served as a portfolio manager for a global fund manager. She obtained her masters in finance and international business from the University of Sydney Business School.

David manages the team focused on sourcing value-add and opportunistic investments in the market-rate, multi-family sector. Prior to joining Fairstead he was Senior Vice President for C-III Partners, where he sourced, negotiated, and closed real estate transactions throughout the U.S. David started his real estate career in managing acquisitions at Related Capital Company. He received his BS in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania

Maria Sourbeer has made a career out of bridging the gap between her capabilities as an architect/developer and her responsibilities as a community member. She believes that a beautiful and well-designed space has a positive influence on a basic human level. She's carried this idea through from her experience as a Peace Corps Volunteer, to her current position as Senior Vice President of Development for Mosaic Development Partners. At Mosaic, Maria leads the community development team, guiding development strategy and execution through construction completion and stabilization. She also serves as mentor and cross-collaborator for the team to ensure the highest standard of quality is continuously delivered on projects. Together with the Mosaic team, Maria finds creative ways to develop real estate and bring jobs, homes and commercial enterprise to challenged urban neighborhoods. Maria has over 20 years of professional experience and continues to grow through her love of family, work and play. Outside of Mosaic, she dedicates volunteer efforts to the Community Design Collaborative, Norris Square Community Alliance, Impact Loan Fund and the South Philly Food Coop.

Ethan Fellheimer has been active in real estate acquisition and development for over 10 years. In 2000, Fellheimer founded The Fellheimer Group which was responsible for the development of the former Bookbinders Building at South 15th Street, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Other significant Philadelphia area development/acquisition deals include: 1401 Walnut Street, The Shops at Lasalle University, 211 North 13th Street, The Essex Condominiums at 300 North Vine Street, among others. Prior to engaging in real estate full time, Mr. Fellheimer spent seven years as Senior Vice President of Pennsylvania Business Bank as a commercial lender and Head of Marketing. Fellheimer was selected as one of the Philadelphia regions "40 under 40" young business leaders and in 2000 received Philly Tech Magazine's "30 under 30" award. Mr. Fellheimer remains active in the business community of Philadelphia, and is often a lecturer at universities and the Pennsylvania Bar Institute regarding entrepreneurial endeavors, networking, and legal issues of debtor/creditor law. Fellheimer serves on the Board of Directors of Albert Einstein Healthcare Network and Jewish Federation of Greater Philadelphia. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania and received his law degree from Temple University School of Law. He lives in the suburbs of Philadelphia with his wife and two children.

Prior to Mint House, Elizabeth was a commercial real estate broker with CBRE in New York, and before that, held positions in business development and marketing with CBRE and Transwestern.

Felicite Moorman is an attorney turned multi-exit technology entrepreneur. She’s received EY’s Entrepreneur Of The Year® Award and has earned an international reputation as a go-to IoT industry expert, developing pioneering strategic partnerships and unprecedented technology strategies and initiatives for the Internet of Things. Moorman is the CoFounder of STRATIS, a RealPage Company, and SaaS Platform for large-scale Internet of Things installations. STRATIS was named a top ten “Best Company in America” by Entrepreneur Magazine and ranked in the top twenty percent of Inc Magazine’s “Fastest Growing Companies” three consecutive years prior to acquisition. Moorman was simultaneously CEO of BuLogics, which designed, built, and certified hardware, software, and ecosystems for the Internet of Things. Moorman is an international speaker and columnist, and has been featured as a thought leader in dozens of mass media outlets and publications including: U.S. News & World Report, Fast Company, Inc Magazine, Entrepreneur Magazine, The Chicago Tribune, Yahoo! News, Philadelphia Inquirer, The Boston Globe, the Huffington Post, and others. She’s also a frequent writer, speaker, and presenter on the Internet of Things and has been featured at CES, SXSW, Samsung DevCon, Eric Ries’ Lean Startup Conference, Smart Cities Innovation Summit Asia, NMHC OpTech, NAA Apartmentalize, Greystar’s Innovation and WAM Summits, and more. Prior to STRATIS and BuLogics, Moorman launched the Emerging Technologies Division for GE’s Consumer and Home Electronics brand. Moorman quickly established her reputation in technology, engaging eight Fortune 500 companies in less than eighteen months, entering new vertical channels, and creating and beginning execution on the strategic plan to dominate the Internet of Things lighting peripherals market. Today the GE lighting line is a part of nearly every home automation and security platform offered in the United States. Early in her career, Moorman led a team that became the most sought after marketing and management partnership in Baltimore real estate. She expanded the companies to include nationwide finance, brokerage, legal, and insurance offerings. Moorman oversaw $1.5 billion dollars of transactions in less than five years, including property acquisition management for the $500 million dollar expansion of Rutgers University. Moorman recognizes the importance of giving back, especially within the Philadelphia community, and volunteers her time and expertise to the following organizations: NAA & NMHC’s Real Estate Technology Alliance (IoT Committee Co-Chair), Comcast NBCUniversal LIFT Labs Accelerator (Lead Mentor), SXSW (Mentor), Lean Startup Conference (Mentor), Philly Startup Leaders (Mentor), Dreamit Ventures (Mentor), and Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce (Small Business Board Member). She is also a community activist and Chair of East Falls Forward, a Philadelphia Registered Community Organization focused on the revitalization of the Riverfront Business District. She is a graduate of the University of Maryland School of Law and a Law School Club Founder.

As the Regional Mixed-Use and Hospitality Practice Leader for the northeast, Cheryl is an accomplished architect with more than 30 years of experience including executive in charge of two recent multi-family high-rise developments in Philadelphia: The Chestnut at 3720 Chestnut and Broadridge, at 1300 Fairmount. Her background in luxury and select service hospitality work includes partnering with major national brands like Marriott with the opening of the W Philadelphia. Cheryl is an active member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) and a member of the U.S. Green Building Council achieving the status of LEED AP. In addition, Cheryl is an executive member of several national boards and organizations including AIA Building Performance Knowledge Community, AIA Manufacturers Council, AIA Liaison to the National Institute of Building Sciences (NIBS) and the Building Enclosure Technology and Environmental Council (BETEC). Cheryl has authored several articles on sustainability and hospitality, has appeared as a guest critic, and has presented at several national conferences including Glass Con Global and AIA National Convention.

Throughout a multi-industry career in demanding, entrepreneurial environments, Glenn earned a reputation for driving transformation, assembling, and motivating multi- disciplinary teams and executing on complex projects. Currently, at Gardner Capital he is a Development Associate on the Southeast region team where he supports the VP of Development with acquisition, due diligence, and financial modeling responsibilities. The Missouri based 25-year-old private equity firm is developing multiple affordable multifamily housing projects in Georgia and Northern Virginia. Early in his professional career Glenn worked in film and television production where he oversaw and managed teams as an Assistant Location Manager on multi-million-dollar projects such as Dead Presidents, He Got Game and You Have Mail, and Creative Executive for Spike Lee’s production company, 40 Acres & a Mule. His location management work on Night Falls on Manhattan for acclaimed director Sidney Lumet (The Wiz, Dog Day Afternoon) is featured in a New York Times article highlighting his deal making and community diplomacy efforts. In 2014, after relocating to NC he pivoted to a career in residential real estate and expanded into commercial real estate with Coldwell Banker Sun Coast Partners, developing experience in finance, investment analysis, multi-family, and mixed-use development market research. As a licensed broker he assisted clients in developing investment portfolios both domestically and internationally while operating a personal Real Estate Solutions company that redeveloped underperforming single-family properties. On his account he was responsible for developing over $3 million in housing stock by overseeing a team of consultants, property wholesalers and acquisition underwriters. In 2019, Glenn pursued graduate studies and was awarded a 2020 NAIOP Diversity Scholarship, competed in the ULI Hines Graduate Development Competition and was a team member of the winning 2021 AUMRED Capstone Project for a Multi- phase, mixed-use development plan of a 38-acre site at the front door of Gillam Logistics Center in Forest Park, GA. The plan included Class A office, Education, Hospitality, Wellness, Creative Office, F&B, Entertainment and Hybrid Retail with outdoor amenity space and community activation programming. Glenn holds a B.S. in Communications from Clark Atlanta University and a Master of Real Estate Development degree, Phi Kappa Phi, from the Harbert College of Business and the College of Architecture, Design and Construction at Auburn University. He is a member of the Commercial Real Estate Development Association (NAIOP); Urban Land Institute (ULI) Philadelphia Small Scale & Impact Developer Council, and a UrbanPlan volunteer facilitator. Glenn is an active member of Project REAP and Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. He resides in Montgomery County, PA, in his time away from work and family Glenn enjoys creating abstract art, playing bass guitar, and mentoring young people.

While completing his Masters Degree from The American University in Cairo, Egypt, Rushdy began his construction engineering career with a position as a Planning Engineer on the construction of the first-ever cement plant in Sinai, Egypt. He then moved to Kuwait for two years, where he served as the planning and project controls Engineer for the construction of Kuwait’s first Olympic stadium. Rushdy moved to the United States in 2004. He took a position with Toll Brothers and enrolled in the company’s one-year Assistant Project Manager-in-Training program, which typically is followed by a three-year assignment as an Assistant Project Manager. Within just three months of starting the training program, though, Rushdy’s skill set in analyzing and leading teams was recognized. He was pulled out of the training program and given his first assignment: a 128-unit single family development in East Bay, San Francisco. That project was one of 10 jobs in a Master Plan community, and Rushdy used his experience to develop systems and methods to get the development contracted in record time and within budget -- a rarity for a development of that size. Within months of getting his Assistant Project Manager assignment, Rushdy was promoted to Project Manager. In that new role, he was asked to work with Toll Brothers’ Philadelphia Division to lead an effort to build, sell and deliver phase 1 of Naval Square -- one of Toll Brothers’ highest profile new developments in the city at the time. Within less than a year in Philadelphia, Rushdy exceeded closings projections by over 30% and was promoted again to Naval Square’s Senior Project Manager. By age 27, Rushdy was leading a team of 25 people and responsible for a budget of more than $100 million. In early 2007, Rushdy was recruited by a regional developer, Westrum Development Company, as General Manager to launch, contract and hire a team for Philadelphia’s largest active adult community: The Arbors at Eagle Pointe, consisting of approximately 400 homes. Following the financial crash in late 2008, Rushdy also was assigned all of Westrum’s Philadelphia developments and took over the acquisition role for Westrum in 2011. Once the financial crash hit, Rushdy teamed up with Larry McKnight, a colleague from Westrum, to start developing single lot infills in Philadelphia’s Fishtown neighborhood. Their investments in the area have contributed to the revival that the city’s river wards neighborhoods -- Fishtown, Northern Liberties, Kensington, Port Richmond, etc. -- are experiencing. Now nearly 10 years later, Rushdy and McKnight are business partners at The Riverwards Group, which employs 12 staffers and 30 contractors. What started as five homes per year in 2012 has grown to 110 homes completed in 2019, and plans to deliver 400 homes over the next three years. In 2018, The Riverwards Group brought in revenues close to $35 million. The Riverwards Group, where Rushdy serves as Managing Partner, has completed more than 60 projects in Philadelphia’s booming riverwards neighborhoods, totaling close to 500 mainly single-family homes delivered over the last eight years. Under Rushdy’s leadership, the company currently is working on the following projects:

Gregory Heller is a director at Guidehouse in the Capital Projects and Infrastructure practice. Greg brings more than 15 years of public and private-sector experience in real estate finance, affordable housing, community development, and smart government approaches. Prior to joining Guidehouse, Greg held senior leadership positions in Philadelphia’s local government as executive director of the Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority. Concurrently he also served as a senior vice president at a city-affiliated housing nonprofit and founded and led a new city-supported loan fund focused on investing in affordable housing. In these roles, he developed new approaches to complex community finance challenges, managed much of the city’s affordable housing investment, and oversaw the redevelopment of large publicly owned assets, including working closely with community stakeholders on equitable community development approaches. Greg has won a number of honors for his public sector work, including the 2021 Community Leadership Award from Urban Affairs Coalition, 2017 AIA Pennsylvania’s Government award and was also named a member of the Urban Land 40 under 40. Prior to his public sector work, Greg was the CEO of a Baltimore-based consulting group where and his team worked with clients across the US, focusing on community finance and social-impact real estate, Greg serves on the Urban Land Institute’s national Public-Private Partnership product council, and for over 12 years he has been on the Board of Families Forward Philadelphia, one of the city’s largest homeless services groups. Greg graduated from Wesleyan University.

Lindsey Samsi joined Pennrose in 2016. As a member of the real estate development team, she assumes full responsibility for the successful completion of multi-faceted real estate development projects – affordable, mixed-income, and market-rate – from inception through construction completion and lease-up. She is responsible for the leadership of an in- house team of Associate Developers and Assistant Developers, and simultaneously assembles and manages an external team of financiers, architects, designers, engineers, attorneys, and contractors. Lindsey manages multiple projects in varying stages of development throughout the City of Philadelphia, PA, and NJ. In addition to her work at Pennrose, Lindsey is a member of the Urban Affairs Coalition (UAF) Impact Development Roundtable (IDR), Women in Housing and Finance of Pennsylvania (WHF-PA), Facilities Committee of the Board of Directors for the Community Partnership School (CPS), Signature Events Development Committee of the Philadelphia Association of Community Development Corporations (PACDC), and the Annual Giving Committee of the Pennrose Foundation. Lindsey graduated from Temple University.

Ms. Eosso leads REPSG’s Due Diligence Service Group, which performs Phase I & Phase II ESAs, Environmental Reviews for HUD-funded and other federal projects, and other pre-acquisition environmental services. The Phase I Group provides ASTM/AAI-compliant site assessments incorporating historical research, interviews, site reconnaissance, and database reviews. The Phase II Group completes intrusive environmental and compliance projects including soil, soil vapor, and groundwater investigations. The Federal group completes Environmental Reviews in accordance with 24 CFR Parts 50, 51, 55, and 58 in order to facilitate project funding through HUD and local government entities and to support projects applying for Low-Income Housing Tax Credits. Ms. Eosso works to ensure that clients have a complete understanding of environmental liabilities associated with real estate, as well as direction to eliminate and manage these liabilities. Ms. Eosso has a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology and a Master’s Degree in Environmental Science; she has worked at REPSG since 2007.

Bryan Oos is responsible for the acquisition of apartment development sites in the New York, Washington D.C. and Miami metropolitan areas. Bryan has been responsible for various aspects of the land acquisition, underwriting and approvals for 10 projects built or in the pipeline in Massachusetts, New York, New Jersey and the District of Columbia, totaling over 4,300 units. Prior to joining Toll Brothers Apartment Living in 2011, Bryan was a Vice President of Development at Michaels Development Company, where he worked on the redevelopment of public housing into mixed-income communities. Prior to Michaels, he was a Director of Development at Forest City Residential, where he worked on mixed-use redevelopment projects in the New York and Boston metropolitan areas with a focus on public and private financing structures. Bryan earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from James Madison University and a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from Columbia University.

Anthony Mongeluzo is a serial entrepreneur, computer expert and CEO/President of PCS. In 2000, at the age of 20 and with no outside capital, he founded Pro Computer Service (PCS) in his parents’ home. Today, PCS (www.helpmepcs.com) is a 185-person firm with offices in seven states (New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, Massachusetts and Virginia) and clients throughout the United States. Local and national media have consistently rated PCS as one of the fastest-growing firms in the country. Anthony is also the founder or a partner in nine other companies, four of which are in the IT sector that provides cybersecurity, computer forensic and custom software development services. He cruises to meetings daily in the Tech Tank, a one-of-a-kind mobile office. Anthony is FOX-TV’s IT expert in Philadelphia. National, regional and local media frequently call upon him for his expertise and opinion on IT and small-business issues. These media outlets include The Wall Street Journal, The Associated Press, Fox & Friends, On the Record, ABC, NBC, MSN, MSNBC, CNBC and the Philadelphia Business Journal. When he’s not expanding his businesses, Anthony devotes time to his three passions. The first is helping fledgling entrepreneurs become more successful. His second passion is promoting the unusual perspective that a company’s IT network should serve as a strategic focal point for growth and not viewed simply as a cost center. Finally, he enjoys serving his community by volunteering on numerous nonprofit boards and committees.

Briana Wilkins is Vice President, Development. At Parkway, she leads residential and mixed-use development of existing properties and new acquisitions across multiple markets. Prior to joining Parkway, Briana was Vice President, Philadelphia for Ivy Realty, where she oversaw a portfolio of almost 1M SF of residential and industrial assets. These included 1600 Callowhill, a $50M redevelopment of a warehouse into mixed-use multifamily. Before coming to Philadelphia, she worked as a project manager at Silverman in Jersey City, overseeing all aspects of development, from acquisitions through lease-up for one of Jersey City’s leading multifamily developers. Briana graduated summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Princeton University with a degree from the School of Public and International Affairs.

Dave Brown oversees the Philadelphia market for CBG Building Company, one of the largest and most respected national multifamily builders. Mr. Brown started his career with CBG in the DC/MD/VA area. He opened the CBG Philadelphia office in 2017. Since then he has been responsible for over $250M worth of multifamily construction in the suburbs. These projects include The Smith King of Prussia, J Creekside at Exton, and 130 Monument in Bala Cynwyd. Mr Brown grew up in the Philadelphia suburbs and is an alumni of Bishop Shanahan High School in Downingtown. Mr Brown received his BS in Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech.

For more than 25 years, Brian has been distilling clients’ objectives into architecture that performs as beautifully as it looks. His primary focus at CUBE 3: architectural design and oversight of the studio teams. With extensive experience in base building and interior design for healthcare, commercial developers, and residences, Brian has seen and done it all. In the course of doing it all, he has amassed a wide range of skills, expertise and insight. On top of that, his abilities in design, production, and management of complex, time-sensitive projects have been critical to the firm’s rapid success. Brian has helped build almost every kind of building, a solid reputation and a great place to work all in just a few years’ time.
