Brian, who leads the Greenwood CRE Philadelphia office, has more than 30 years of experience in commercial real estate as both a Commercial Real Estate Broker/Advisor and a Corporate Real Estate Director of a Fortune 500 Company. A licensed real estate broker in PA, NJ, DE and NY, Brian has a particular focus in office and industrial tenant representation, property sales and strategic real estate planning. Brian has represented a long list of corporate, non- profit and government clients in the Greater Philadelphia area.

Brian brings a history of managing large corporate and institutional accounts with clients including Comcast Cable, Verizon Communications, URS Corporation, AT&T, Federal Express, the School District of Philadelphia, the City of Philadelphia and the Commonwealth of PA. Brian is a recognized commercial real estate and business leader in the Philadelphia area. He has been featured in the Philadelphia Business Journal (PBJ) in their “Dealmaker” series while also receiving the PBJ Minority Business Leader award and Best Real Estate Deals award. Additionally, he has been recognized with the prestigious Costar “Power Broker” award multiple times and received the 2013 SIOR Largest Office lease transaction National award.

Brian’s volunteer activities include serving on the Board of Directors of Corenet Global Philadelphia Chapter, Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) Philadelphia Chapter, the Urban Affairs Coalition and the African American Chamber of Commerce of PA-NJ-DE.

Brian earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Facilities Planning from Penn State University.

Natalie Kidd joined RPO Property Management, LLC in 2021 and is responsible for the management and operations of one of the most iconic buildings in Philadelphia, The Wanamaker Building. Throughout her career she has been integrally involved in the management and redevelopment of existing properties, as well as new project development in both urban and suburban settings. Prior to joining RPO she oversaw over 1.2 million square feet of new mixed-use and build-to-suit projects at The Navy Yard and the opening of a new 1.2 million square foot office tower in Center City with a national REIT, and as Senior Property Manager for a private real estate investment fund manager, she oversaw its Greater Philadelphia assets. Natalie holds an RPA designation and is an active member of BOMA, having served on its Board of Directors and chaired several committees.

Sandra Dungee Glenn is the founder and convenor of The Collective. She has served in executive-level positions in community development, education, public policy, and electoral politics for over 40 years. She is an experienced convener who brings diverse stakeholders together to attack multi-faceted, interdisciplinary urban issues.

Sandra Dungee Glenn served as Senior Policy Advisor to State Senator Vincent Hughes, 7th District, Philadelphia. In July 2017, she completed three years of service as Chief Executive Officer to Harambee Institute of Science and Technology Charter School, overseeing the education of over 500 children in grades Kindergarten to eight. As President of the American Cities Foundation for over 12 years she mobilized business and civic leaders, elected officials, clergy, and the educational community in pursuit of opportunities and improved life outcomes, particularly for the disadvantaged segment of this region. Her commitment and effectiveness were recognized in 2000 when she was appointed to the Board of Education for the School District of Philadelphia where she served until her appointment as a Commissioner to the School Reform Commission (SRC),the governing body of the School District of Philadelphia. In September 2007, Pennsylvania Governor Edward Rendell appointed her to the position of Chairwoman of the SRC. In 2009, following her tenure on the SRC, she was appointed to the Pennsylvania State Board of Education. In 2011, she was appointed to the U.S. Depart ment of Education’s Excellence and Equity Commission.

During her tenure on the School Reform Commission, Ms. Dungee Glenn’s focus was on the design, development and implementation of collaborative strategies. With her support and guidance Philadelphia developed its district strategic plan, implemented its legislatively mandated reform agenda, and recruited district leadership. She Co-Chaired the School District’s Campaign for Human Capital, an effort to develop permanent, long-term teacher recruitment and retention

strategies, including outreach to male teachers and teachers of color. She spearheaded the creation, development, and implementation of the nation’s first mandated African-American Studies course which is now a graduation requirement for all Philadelphia public high school seniors.

Ms. Dungee Glenn’s experience in political and community organizing is broad and deep. She served as Associate Director with thePhiladelphia Area Project on Occupational Safety and Health, Regional Director of Pennsylvania Citizen Action, and in leadership roles in local, state, and national elections from 1983 to 2001. Ms. Dungee Glenn was Pennsylvania State Director with the NAACP National Voter Fund, leading a statewide non-partisan voter mobilization campaign; and from 1991 to 1994 she served as Chief of Staff to State Senator Chaka Fattah. As President of the American Cities Foundation (ACF), she managed ACF’s role as convener of national and local public policy forums with government leaders, educators, researchers, funders, business and community leaders where it focused stakeholder attention on practical approaches to education reform, sustainable job and business growth, and community leadership and engagement. During her tenure, ACF launched 10 major initiatives, as well as several national and regional meetings and conferences.

Sandra has addressed audiences such as the Congressional Black Caucus, Urban League, Environmental Protection Agency, National Science Foundation, Pennsylvania Association of Colleges of Teacher Education, Pennsylvania Economy League, School District of Philadelphia, Philadelphia Alliance of Black School Educators, and other organizations. She is the recipient of numerous awards including the 2003 Leon J. Obermayer Distinguished Graduate Award; the Arts & Entertainment Network 2002 Biography Community Heroes Award; Women Making a Difference Award, 2001; the National Coalition of 100 Black Women, Inc., Pennsylvania Chapter Women of the Year Award; Rebuilding Together Good Neighbor Community Service Award; the Robert Wood Johnson Urban Health Initiative Fellowship in 2003; and recognition by the Philadelphia Tribune as a Most Influential African-American for the three consecutive years of 2007, 2008, and 2009.

Ms. Dungee Glenn holds a certificate from the Kennedy School of Government Executive Program in Leadership in State and Local Government at Harvard University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Planning and Administration from Pennsylvania State University

Over the last 30 years, Steven Sanders has fine-tuned his leadership, investment, and entrepreneurial skills in the dynamically changing emerging manager investment industry. In 2008, Mr. Sanders formed Beltraith Capital to execute on his vision to acquire, enhance and grow small to mid-sized institutional investment management firms. He currently serves as Chairman of Beltraith Capital, LLC. In 2009, Beltraith made its first acquisition, Stoneridge Investment Partners LLC. Post the transaction, Steve and his team grew Stoneridge from approximately $200 Million to $1.3 Billion in assets under management, through 2015. More recently, in July of 2015, Mr. Sanders continued to execute on his vision by merging the $500 Million fixed income portfolio management division of Stoneridge Investment Partners with PMG Advisors, a $1.1 Billion specialty institutional fixed income firm. Through this transaction, Mr. Sanders increased Beltraith’s holding companies total assets under management to approximately $2.3 Billion. In September 2015, Beltraith partnered with Emerald Advisers and formed EmStone Advisers, LLC to develop and manage alternative fixed income portfolios. In addition, Mr. Sanders serves as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Investment Strategist for StoneRidge Investment Partners, StoneRidge PMG Advisors, LLC and Emstone Advisers, LLC.

Prior to joining StoneRidge, from 2006-2009, Mr. Sanders served as Chief Investment Strategist at Creative Financial Group Asset Management. While there, Mr. Sanders developed and co-managed the firm’s absolute return, macro-economic thematic investment strategy and served as Chairman & CEO of First Genesis Financial Group.

From 1996-2005, Mr. Sanders served as President and equity portfolio manager at MDL Capital, an institutional equity and fixed income money management firm. Prior to joining MDL Capital, Mr. Sanders served as a Partner and portfolio strategist with Hunt & Sanders where he implemented portfolio strategies for institutional and high net worth clients from 1986-1996.

Mr. Sanders has provided economic and financial market commentary to national and local television networks such as CNBC, Bloomberg, CNN, ABC World News, Fox TV, and CN8’s Money Matters Today. From 2007-2014, he co-hosted and co-produced Financial Voices; a weekly financial and economic awareness program which aired on 900AM WURD Radio in Philadelphia and broadcast internationally via the web. Mr. Sanders has served as a spokesperson for Citibank Master Card and Visa’s national financial education program and authored a booklet about the virtues of investing, saving and spending wisely, “Money Matters for Young Adults”. Mr. Sanders serves as a member of the board of To Our Children’s Future With Health and has served as a member of the Board of Trustees at the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts, The Philadelphia Foundation and United Bank of Philadelphia. Mr. Sanders holds a B.B.A. in Risk Management from Howard University.

Karine is an experienced real estate professional with a background in portfolio management and business development. Most recently she acted as broker for a New Jersey-based commercial real estate brokerage firm, closing transactions in the Newark market. She previously worked for PGIM Real estate, where she was responsible for the business development of the firm’s core and value-add investment funds.

Anthony B. Miles is co-founder, principal and fund manager of TPP Capital Holdings. He is the

developer of the Healthy Town Tioga Project, a proposed multifaceted program model with goals to alleviate health disparity crises, with an emphasis on racial equity. The Healthy Town Tioga Project will include a large venue of space containing “all the elements, facilities, technologies, amenities and resources necessary to promote optimal health and wellness through primary and specialty care, culinary medicine, health care/food innovation, research, teaching, and nutrition education”. The venue, called the Center for Culinary Medicine, would be the hub, delivering these positive impacts for the Tioga Nicetown community in Northern Philadelphia.

Kieara L. Hill serves as an Associate at CBRE based in the downtown Philadelphia office. Ms. Hill partners with First Vice President Les Haggett to help lead CBRE Advisory & Transaction Services for Occupiers in Philadelphia, exclusively advising companies in the greater Philadelphia region with regard to their real estate needs.

Prior to joining CBRE, Ms. Hill served as an Assistant Director at Savills, where she assisted in creating pitch decks, situation analysis and financial models for both prospective and current clients. Ms. Hill also gained professional work experience at Avison Young, Cushman & Wakefield, and Coldwell Banker while she completed her studies at Temple University.

Ms. Hill, a licensed salesperson in Pennsylvania, earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate from Temple University and a minor in Legal Studies. A resident of the Fairmount section of Philadelphia, she currently serves on the board of the CoreNet Global Philadelphia Chapter as the University Relations Co-Chair.

Leslie started her real estate career at the Goldenberg Group, a regional mid-sized real estate development firm located in Blue Bell, PA, as an Associate Development Director. During her 7-year tenure, she was promoted three times ultimately achieving the position of Senior Vice-President of Development. Leslie led the development of a $50 million, 342,000 square foot shopping center, the largest single development in West Philadelphia and the largest development in a Federal Empowerment zone located in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. In 2008, Leslie and her partner Gregory Reaves, established Mosaic Development Partners. Since its founding, Mosaic has developed over $54 million in real estate projects and has created over 200 construction jobs and 100 full-time jobs. Leslie is a graduate of Brown University and Villanova School of Law.

As President and CEO, Robert Zuritsky has positioned Parkway to continue as an industry leader in parking management, development, and technology. Mr. Zuritsky began his parking and business education at age 12 by working various field positions at Parkway's facilities, advancing steadily through the ranks until ultimately assuming the positions of President in 2002 and CEO in 2019. In his role, Mr. Zuritsky oversees each of Parkway's departments and leads the Company's strategic growth through garage acquisition, real estate development, and new management opportunities. Mr. Zuritsky received his M.B.A. from Temple University in 2001, currently serves as the President of the Philadelphia Parking Association, a director and President-elect of the NPA, and an active member of the Young Presidents Organization. Tayyib Smith is Principle of Meta Global, parent company to Little Giant Creative. He is

dedicated to cultural competency and the ability to engage multicultural audiences. He

co-founded Pipeline Philly to serve as an inviting and dynamic co-working space filled with

professionals from various backgrounds and industries, creating one of the most diverse

workspaces in the city. He is also a partner S&R Holdings, a real estate company that engages and invites diverse

stakeholders of neighborhoods to become part of a growing, multicultural and

multi-socioeconomic tapestry, as well as a founding partner at The Collective.

Tayyib has long been a successful conduit of professional and cultural ecosystems. He is a fellow of the The

Guild of Future Architects and sits on the boards of the Kensington Corridor Trust, Prizm Art Fair

in Miami, Memphis Slim House, BlackStar Film Festival, The Colored Girls Museum, and AllTogether Now PA.

Anne Fadullon is the Director of Planning and Development for the City of Philadelphia. She also chairs the Philadelphia City Planning Commission and the Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority board.

Her cabinet-level department has a broad purview. It plans the City’s land use, promotes affordable housing, preserves historic resources, and supports public art. It assists for-profit and nonprofit developers as they move their projects through the approval process. The Department helps develop and implement the City’s zoning code. Most importantly, it engages Philadelphia’s residents.

The Department’s mission is to promote well-planned neighborhoods with affordable housing options, protected historic resources and public art.

Anne has 30 years of development experience in both the private and public sectors. She has developed affordable, mixed-income, market-rate and mixed-use projects. While in the private sector she was president of the Building Industry Association of Philadelphia.

Anne has a bachelor’s degree in urban studies and economics from Lehigh University. She has a master’s degree in city planning from the University of Pennsylvania.

When not promoting strong communities, Anne is looking for new places to kayak or wandering through the woods.

Shelah has over fifteen years of experience in commercial real estate. Prior to joining Nuveen Green Capital, Shelah had various lending roles including Commercial Real Estate Lending Specialist for Capitol Bank, VP Commercial Real Estate Loan Officer for Bancorp Bank, and Senior Investment Analyst for PGIM Real Estate Finance. Additionally, Shelah spent many years working as an advisor to commercial real estate developers, aiding in structuring their JV partnerships, and helping raise debt and equity. Shelah received a BS in Economics from the Wharton Undergraduate program at the University of Pennsylvania.
