As Managing Director of the firm, David leads the acquisitions team in the evaluation, underwriting and due diligence of potential investments, develops and maintains relationships with existing and new operating partners and actively assists the co-founders in running the day-to-day operations of the firm. His goal is maintaining and expanding a robust nationwide network of operating partners with the experience and operational capacity to execute our value-add business plans and generate attractive investment returns for our investment partners. In addition, David is actively involved with the firm’s compliance committee and takes a lead role in establishing comprehensive policies and procedures and implementing a culture of compliance at the firm. Prior to LEM, David was co-founder of Spring Mill Capital, an investment management and advisory firm focused on commercial real estate debt, the chief operating officer of Capmark Investments, an institutional investment advisory business, and the head of Capmark Financial Group’s global capital markets commercial mortgage backed securities and loan syndication team. David began his career practicing law in the real estate group of Dechert LLP, a multi-national law firm based in Philadelphia. David received his Bachelor of Arts from Harvard College and his Juris Doctor from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.

Julia serves as Chief Investment Officer at Dranoff Properties, Inc. She oversees the funding for all development projects including acquisitions, investments, and new construction. Julia coordinates project pre-development budgeting, pro forma modeling, capital raising, and due diligence, working with a range of lenders and investors. She also works to develop public-private partnerships and with government agencies to source and shape economic development programs. Prior to joining Dranoff Properties, Julia gained professional experience at JPMorgan Chase working on strategic projects and business development opportunities for the Investment Bank. Prior to JPMorgan, she spent several years as a strategic consultant for Accenture. Julia earned her B.S. in Civil Engineering from Princeton University and her M.B.A. in Real Estate and Finance from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Peter DiLullo is responsible for pursuing development opportunities to assist in the strategic growth of LCOR’s multifamily and mixed-use portfolio within the Philadelphia metro area. Prior to this role Mr. DiLullo oversaw all investment and management activities related to LCOR’s multifamily portfolio of nearly 10,000 units. Mr. DiLullo joined LCOR in 2006 and was instrumental in the Company’s 2012 recapitalization with the California State Teachers’ Retirement System. Since that time, he has focused on enhancing the value of key real estate holdings as well as building LCOR’s development pipeline along the east coast and particularly in the Philadelphia region. Mr. DiLullo has more than 10 years in the real estate industry with a focus on acquisitions, financing, joint venture and development activity. Prior to joining LCOR, Mr. DiLullo was with PriceWaterhouseCoopers in their mergers and acquisitions group. In that role, he worked nationally, providing targeted due diligence support to both corporate and private investors in transactions ranging from $20 million to over $1.0 billion in value. Mr. DiLullo is a Certified Public Accountant and graduate of James Madison University, he is a member of the Multifamily Housing Gold Council of the Urban Land Institute, and the National Multifamily Housing Council.

Christopher Doerr, managing director, joined Walker & Dunlop Investment Sales group in November 2015. Mr. Doerr will be responsible for the origination and execution of investment sales and equity capital raise for multifamily assets in the Mid-Atlantic and will be based out of the Bethesda, Maryland office. Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Doerr served as a senior managing director for five years at Cushman & Wakefield where he worked with the owners of institutional real estate providing disposition services for multifamily properties and land in the Washington, D.C. area as well as joint venture structuring, recapitalization, and equity placement. Before Cushman & Wakefield, Mr. Doerr was vice president of multifamily investments for Grubb & Ellis. Mr. Doerr holds a juris doctorate/MBA from the University of Richmond and a BBA from James Madison University. Beyond the Company, Mr. Doerr is a member of the DC Real Estate Group, Urban Land Institute, National Multi-Housing Council, and the Virginia Bar Association.

John Gaghan, Senior Vice President of Lowe Enterprises Investors, responsible for acquisition and portfolio management of residential and commercial assets in the firm’s separate accounts and joint ventures. Responsibilities include oversight of annual asset and portfolio strategic plans focused on optimizing investment performance, asset dispositions and debt financing as well as sourcing new investment opportunities. Previously Mr. Gaghan was responsible for residential, senior housing and medical office acquisitions for Grosvenor Fund Management. While at Grosvenor Mr. Gaghan managed a $100 million residential investment fund which focused on distressed for-sale condominium and single-family communities. Prior to Grosvenor, Mr. Gaghan served as a real estate lending officer at National City Bank, Mellon Bank and Wells Fargo. Education: Franklin and Marshall College, BA; St. Joseph’s University, MBA. Affiliations: Member ULI-Community Development Council.

Mr. Thomson is a Senior Managing Director and co-head of the HFF Philadelphia office with more than 10 years of experience in commercial real estate. He is primarily responsible for originating investment sales and equity placement transactions throughout the northeastern United States, in addition to overseeing the day-to-day operations of the firm’s Philadelphia location. Mr. Thomson has executed more than $3 billion in commercial real estate transactions in the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast. Mr. Thomson joined the firm in December 2013. Prior to HFF, he was Vice President of Investments and Director of Marcus & Millichap’s national multi-housing group specializing in the sale of multi-housing assets in the Mid-Atlantic region. Prior to his departure, his team was the highest producing multi-housing team in the Mid-Atlantic.

Her real love for hospitality design and her passion to create fabulous yet functional spaces was the true motivator to establish RD Jones & Associates in 1996. Rebecca has more than 30 years of specialized experience in Hospitality, restaurant and multifamily interior architecture and design. A true Texan at heart, she received her BFA degree from Texas Tech University and studied at Parsons School of Design in NYC. She spent 12 years working in New York with a sole focus on Hospitality before starting her name sake firm. As owner and principal of the firm, she continues to set the design direction and tone for all interior projects. Her experience in all types of renovation and new construction influences not only the creative process but the functional and operational process which she believes are the essential foundations of good design. Rebecca strives to create cutting edge design that is timeless. She has chosen for the firm to be sized appropriately so she can maintain her hands on style in oversight and development of RDJA projects. Her personal attention allows the firm to retain the high level of design and detail that the company is noted for. Rebecca desires to individually craft each environment, creating captivating architecture and décor. Most important to RDJA¹s mission is to create value for each project, embrace the clients needs, adhere to the projects budgetary constraints and build long term working relationships.

Maria Sourbeer has made a career out of bridging the gap between her capabilities as an architect/developer and her responsibilities as a community member. She believes that a beautiful and well-designed space has a positive influence on a basic human level. She's carried this idea through from her experience as a Peace Corps Volunteer, to her current position as Senior Vice President of Development for Mosaic Development Partners. At Mosaic, Maria leads the community development team, guiding development strategy and execution through construction completion and stabilization. She also serves as mentor and cross-collaborator for the team to ensure the highest standard of quality is continuously delivered on projects. Together with the Mosaic team, Maria finds creative ways to develop real estate and bring jobs, homes and commercial enterprise to challenged urban neighborhoods. Maria has over 20 years of professional experience and continues to grow through her love of family, work and play. Outside of Mosaic, she dedicates volunteer efforts to the Community Design Collaborative, Norris Square Community Alliance, Impact Loan Fund and the South Philly Food Coop.

Jose is a senior managing director and co-office head in the New Jersey office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He joins JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and is a member of the firm’s leadership committee. Jose specializes in investment advisory throughout New Jersey, New York and Connecticut and also oversees the day-to-day operations of the firm’s New Jersey office. During the course of his more than 25-year commercial real estate career, he’s been involved in more than $62 billion of office, industrial, retail, multifamily and land sales. Jose started at HFF in March 2010. Before that, he was the executive director of Cushman & Wakefield’s New York area investment sales group where he spent more than 17 years. He began his real estate career as a real estate analyst at PaineWebber, UBS, Inc.

Michael Prifti is an architect of significant diversity with architectural experience in new construction and adaptive re-use projects for institutional and development clients, with single-purpose and mixed-use programs. Mr. Prifti is proficient in complex project management and taking plans from concept to completion. Mr. Prifti and BLTa recently completed the Revel Resort and Casino in Atlantic City, NJ. He led the team responsible for ensuring that all 65 architecture, design, and construction partners worked together to deliver Revel on time and within budget. Additionally, he was crucial in the design of the back-of-house facilities, making it one of the most impressive and efficient in the industry. Additionally, Mr. Prifti has extensive mixed-use experience which includes the design of DC USA, a transit-oriented retail complex in Washington, DC and the in-progress One-2-FiveLIVE a 28,000 square foot retail and entertainment complex in Harlem, NY. DC USA has revitalized an area that had seen a troubled economic environment and One-2-Five LIVE anticipates to do the same. Mr. Prifti has received a number of honors and awards, including the Thomas Ustick Walter Award in 2010, the College of Fellows of the American Institute of Architects in 2005, Architect of the Year from the Coalition of Commercial Real Estate Association in 2004 and 1999, and the Richard Upjohn Fellowship from the American Institute of Architects in 2002. He earned both his Master of Architecture and BA degrees from The University of Pennsylvania.
