Susan Boyd is Bellwether Housing’s Chief Executive Officer, leading the organization’s overall direction and strategy since 2017. Under Susan’s leadership as CEO, Bellwether Housing has dramatically expanded its pace of affordable housing development and acquisition. She previously served as Bellwether’s Director of Real Estate Development, following a 12-year career as an attorney with the firm Kantor Taylor Nelson & Boyd. This background gives Susan a uniquely broad perspective on the intricacies of financing and developing affordable housing, the challenges of operating an organization in a complex regulatory environment, and the importance of building relationships across sectors to accomplish one’s mission. Susan currently serves on the Affordable Housing Committee of King County’s Growth Management Planning Council, the Downtown Seattle Association Board of Directors, and the Housing Development Consortium of Seattle-King County Board of Directors.

Trey Vick is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of V 3 Capital Group. He leads the efforts of new asset acquisition as well as expansion of the real estate services platform. Trey's background includes the commercial real estate and banking industries as well as serving in the United States Air Force. Most recently Trey was co-owner and President of Equinox Development Properties, Inc. While at Equinox he spearheaded the formation of several real estate investment funds, established an acquisition and services platform and was instrumental in the company's dynamic growth over the almost five years with the organization. A native Floridian and a veteran of the United States Air Force, Trey Vick holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Central Florida and is a graduate from the Florida School of Banking at the University of Florida. Trey also serves the community as Chair of the Howard Phillips Center, Elder at First Presbyterian Church of Orlando, and member of the Arnold Palmer Medical Center board.

Anthony Scavo

Anthony Scavo joined Basis in August 2021, he has over 29 years of real estate development &

construcion experience. He serves as Basis’s Chief Operating Officer and President. Anthony

runs day to day operations of all Basis’s many ventures and companies.

Anthony graduated from NYU’s Stern School of Business. Anthony will in Stern started his career

at the LeFrak Organization based in NYC where he spent 25+ years. At LeFrak he worked on

and/or oversaw all Construction & Development activities in the NYC metro area. In his various

roles at LeFrak, he was involved in the planning, development and construction of over 3000+

rental apartment units, 1000+ hotel rooms, 500+ condo units, 5,000,000+ square feet of office

space and numerous single story big box retail and mixed-use buildings for the LeFrak family

and related companies.

Anthony then moved to Red Apple Group where he spent over 2 years, where he oversaw the

Preconstruction of the tallest mixed-use building on the West Coast of Florida in the Tampa/St.

Pete area. He also served as head of facilities and technical services for all the multiple business

units under the Red Apple Group umbrella.

Frank Herring

Frank Herring is recognized as one of Florida’s most successful real

estate development and investment professionals. As such, he

brings strategic vision, invaluable experience and unmatched

contacts to The Herring Group. Herring currently leads the company’s

development, investment and acquisition efforts in Florida as well as

key growth markets throughout the southeastern United States.

Prior to forming The Herring Group, he was President of St. Joe

Company’s commercial division. There he oversaw all commercial

real estate activities, including multi-family housing, for Florida’s largest real estate

operating company. Prior to St. Joe Company he served in numerous leadership

positions at Trammell Crow Company and Faison. During an eighteen year

relationship with Faison and predecessor companies, he served as Senior Vice

President and Partner for Florida operations. Following the acquisition of Faison by

Trammell Crow Company in 1998 he was appointed Managing Director for Trammell

Crow Company operations in North Florida. In those capacities, he oversaw the

development, management and leasing of numerous Florida properties, eventually

totaling $1.2 billion in value.

Herring graduated with honors from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in

1975 with a Bachelors Degree in Urban Studies. He is a Full Member of the Urban

Land Institute (ULI) and serves on the ULI National Office Development Council.

Herring is also a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. He also

serves on the Board of Trustees for Hamilton Holt School at Rollins College. He has

previously served on numerous business and civic boards including The Codina Group

of Miami and The Orlando Museum of Art. He recently completed a term as Chairman

of the Board for the Winter Park Chamber of Commerce.
